There is action on Ywain. It's always been a tradeoff in RvR that you can go to some areas and not find people. These days action is usually concentrated in specific areas, dictated by events which are frequently ran and rotated. It can be bad in the most quiet hours though.
So sad to see Daoc evolve. No regards for mana, endurance.. and infinite regeneration. Its sad when you see a Warden using blue bubbles. What has happened to Daoc =[
Believe me I wish endo/power was more of a concern than it is now, but that ship sailed about 17 years ago. The Warden spec in question has a lot of drawbacks, blue bubble being among them, and endo and power is actually a much greater concern than they might look. People were running yellow bubble 19+ years ago, today Wardens have so many spec options - I recently wrote a guide covering 14 different specs. I think it's a great example of the wealth of options and depth that the game has achieved all these years down the line. The game has inevitably progressed and I'd say mostly in ways that are better, it's how the game is still going 23 years later.
You make it look like there's action on Ywain. Last time I logged on, I ran around NF for 45 minutes and didn't see anyone outside the relic town.
