Have you tried any “million dollar” recipes?! Let me know which ones and how they were! I might try it next! 🥰
Yum! I've tried Million dollar dip or Neiman Markus Dip - cheddar cheese, mayo, slivered almonds, bacon bits, green onion and I like a little Worcester sauce. Serve with Ritz crackers 😋 love your videos Thanks!
aka Magic Cookie Bars. If you use the recipe from Eagle brand condensed milk, they always set up. Not that eating these by the spoonful instead of in a hand-held bar would be any less delicious! My grandma taught me to make them when I was about 8 and I still make them every Christmas, in her honor. And because we love them!
I’ve enjoyed the bar cookie recipe for decades. We simply call them “7 layer cookies”. In addition to the chocolate chips, my recipe also calls for butterscotch chips.
Oh yum!! I love butterscotch!
I was just coming here to mention 7 Layer Bars. So good.
That's what we call them to .Also use butterscotch chips. So good
I think the recipe was on the can of sweetened condensed milk back in the 70s
I made those bars for the first time about a week ago. I added mini marshmallows and white chocolate chips to mine. The bars were so good, but my crust didn't set up.
I've been making magic bars since I was old enough to use the oven on my own (I'm now retired), We got the recipe off the sweetened condensed milk can label. They are delicious and I'm glad younger generations are enjoying them.
That’s amazing! I can see why this recipe has stuck around!
My mom makes these as well, called magic bars. We also put butterscotch chips.
We learned to make these in the early 70s but with fewer layers. They were called "Hello Dollies" and they were/are to die for. You layered the Graham crumbs, chocolate chips, pecans and coconut. The condensed milk went on LAST and helped bind it all together. I def recommend pecans for this recipe, they are better, imo. I have a son in college who is asked to make these for his friends' birthdays now. You know a recipe is good if it's still around 50 years later!
We've been calling them magic bars since the 60's. Delicious!
We’ve made the cookie bars for many decades 😍🥰 I think we called them Magic Cookie bars and always made them at Christmas 🎅🏻 🦌 🎄 ♥️
The casseroles look scrumptious! I have been making "Hello Dollies" ...also called 7-layer bars and Magic Bars (from Eagle Brand condensed milk can label) since the early 70's. My recipe calls for 1/2 c. of melted butter in the crust layer. I also like to add either butterscotch chips or peanut butter chips along with the chocolate. I think the caramel chips would be good, too! Thanks for some new meal ideas! Oh, and I bake mine for 30 minutes.
❤
You can't judge everything on looks..
“Measure with your heart, honey” made me smile so much ❤
That's a magic cookie bar!!! I grew up on those so delish!!!
All 3 recipes look scrumptious!
I need to try the tortellini and chicken casserole. Sounds easy and delicious!
The casserole with tortellini yum! Thanks
Pioneer woman million dollar dip. It's awesome
Happy Mother's Day ❣I hope you have an Awesome day ❣I love watching your videos ❤
Girl your recipes hands down by far are the best on the CZcams channel I watch a lot of people especially all the girls that you collab with and your recipes are the best
Thank you Rosa! 🥰❤️
Hey y’all, I made the minion dollar chicken recipe & absolutely love it. We devoured it! This one is definitely a keeper! Thank you!❤
I’ve been making million dollar bars for Christmas for my entire married life (since 1990) and my mother-in-law gave me the recipe because she’d been making them for years & wanted one less thing to make for the holiday get-togethers. Same ingredients, but less butter if memory serves. They are delicious…however, I never heard of the 6 sisters reference of that town or restaurant (?).
Just came across one of your videos tonight and I’ve already watched 2 or 4 back to back! Thanks for all the great looking recipes!
The recipe for your cookie bars; has been called Eagle Brand Magic cookie bars for years. Its identical. I have been making these which are a family favorite for I think about 30 years. Got the recipe from a Good Housekeeping Holiday magazine . The original recipe calls for only 1/2 cup butter to the 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs. The other two recipes looked delicious.
Yeah a cup of butter is way too much. I love magic cookie bars!
Thank You, for my Lunch and Dinner for Sunday! Have a Great Weekend 💕💕😊
Wow, it all looks so yummy! Thx for sharing!
😋 🧡
Rao’s sauces are the absolute best.
It looks delicious.
Thanks for sharing!!! Yes I will try them.
We call those magic cookie bars. So good!
These all look great I know the bars are life changing lol 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Your recipes are great 👍 can't wait to try them Thanks Jenn😋
Jen love your videos! I’ll definitely be trying some of these!
Whew!! Gonna try all three!
All of them look delicious!! Trying them all out!
Love your channel, I watch it all the time.
I seen you make the million dollars tortellini his afternoon and I looked so good, I made it tonight for supper. Except I use chicken instead of hamburger, because the wife and I both need to watch our cholesterol. It was so good my 3 year granddaughter (who eats nothing but nuggets and garlic bread) loved it and she actually cleaned her plate without a fight.
Just love you thank you! 😊
That first recipe looks amazing and like it’s something super easy to prepare ahead of time for Robby to heat up while I’m at work.
Omg that dessert looks amazing
I'm excited about trying your recipes. I love your videos. I'm in South Mobile, Alabama and I love making meals like this here. Have a bless evening. Thank you for sharing recipes.
They look yummy 😋
Looks delicious! I make those bars but I call them 7 layer bars. I use chocolate and butterscotch chips. Yes I don’t use that much butter either. My family loves these but you do have to let them cool completely before cutting them into bars. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful weekend!
I can’t wait to do those bars. I am going to make the chicken recipe this week. But either have broccoli cheese rice with it. Harvest Rice Pilaf; or Buttered Egg Noodles, lemon rice and the steamed broccoli also. Something along those lines and a big salad. Definitely a wonderful set of recipes thank you 😊.
Hi Jen! These recipes look so tasty! Thank you for sharing! ☺️ Kathy from California ❣️
I haven't made these meals before and they all looks awesome. Thanks for sharing these quick and easy meals ! Yum 😋
Thanks Patricia!
You always have the best recipes. They looked delicious.
The cookie bars look really yummy and so does the other dishes But the cookie bars are definite! Thanks
Miss Ruby
Yumm!! These all look so good, but that tortellini!!😍😍😍 Looks like it’s even easier than lasagna to put together too. Going on the menu for next week for sure!! Thanks for the ideas!!❤️
Just made the tortellini and it was really good. Definitely will make again. Can't wait to try more of your recipes!
Make the bars every Christmas. Yummy.
You are country as hell and I love it! ❤️
Good afternoon Cook Clean and Repeat. I'm definitely going to try this.
For sure going to try the tortilini it’s similar to one I make yum! They all look good!
I am going to try the Million Dollar Bars!!! They look delicious!!!!
I'm super excited to try the tortellini bake with Raos :) you are one of my favorites
I always put all of the layers first then do the sweetened condensed milk on top, it helps keep the coconut in the bar! Great recipes
I make these at Christmas time! I got the recipe from my friend, and she called them Santa Snacks! I also use chocolate chips and recces Peanut butter chips! Delicious!!!
I'm gonna try the bars this weekend
We call them bars 7 layer cookies. We add butterscotch chips n yes it helps them set up by putting them in the fridge. We also use pecans instead of walnuts, taste great. Mom always had to hide them when I was a kid cause I would go through a pan in no time flat lol. That pasta casserole is one I’ll definitely be making. Keep up the great work
I live in the Mountain West where Zupa's are popular
It's pronounced Zooopas. They offer delicious soups, salads and sandwiches. Each order comes with a chocolate dipped strawberry. These bars rich indeed! Thanks for a fun video!!
I have been so stinkin’ busy I have had to go back and watch some of your videos. I write down at least 1 or 2 recipes per video. I’m so excited to have new dinners to make!
We call those magic bars. Yummy. Especially at Christmas time
Delicious! I usually make it with bulk Italian Sausage especially if using no meat filled, cheese tortellini.
I was born in the south but now live out west. Zupas is in Utah and it is yummy. Six sisters are really sweet. Have seen them here when they did a class.
Yummy
That baked tortellini is calling out to me. Yummmm
Oh my gosh these look delicious! Planning to try them all!
Yay!!
I will be trying the two dinner recipes. They look very tasty! I made those cookie bars a week ago. My crust didn't hold together either. I don't know why.🤷♀️ I added white chocolate chips and mini marshmallows to mine, and poured the sweetened condensed milk over the top last. It was DELICIOUS! Love from Texas
Amazing they all look good
Thanks Stacie!
All looks delish , the cookie bars are an oldie but goodie 😋
Soo good!!
You are very good at baking :) very creative as well!! Love watching your videos… keep sharing, I’m subscribed! 🙏💪
"Magic cookie bars" carnation Eagle brand condensed milk recipie from back in the day. It was printed on the inside of the paper label on the can. Lots of other recipes too. One stick of butter to make the crust stick together better. Taught my daughter this one when she was 5. Loves it still at 35. Now her kids make it.
Definitely trying that bar recipe & going to chill them overnight, before cutting.
Sunday Football 🏈 2mrw,,
perfect game snack, thnx for posting 👍🏻
These all look so delicious! I’m going to try everyone of them! I tried your Tik tok cinnamon rolls. I’ll never make them another way 🤤
I've seen this chicken dish ,also called "sour cream chicken" in one of my church cook books. I've had this for many a church dinner. Really easy to increase for commercial size pans. I've also added sliced up water chestnuts into this recipe. Just a little more crunch but doesn't change the flavor.
Love the million dollar chicken casserole looks delicious yummy. Thank you for sharing jen have a blessed day stay safe and healthy. 🙏❤🙏❤🙏
Have a great weekend Debbie!
I can’t believe you’ve never had million dollar bars! We call them magic bars though. So so good 🤤
We absolutely love all these recipes. I haven't made any of them for awhile now. I will definitely add them to my meal plan. I want to make the bars tonight yum. Thank you for sharing. Enjoy your Weekend. Love From your longtime Indiana Friend.
I’m so glad we tried them!
Small town six sent me over. Your recipes looks delicious.
Yumm, the tortellini looked delish. Lol, I do love the Paula Deen broccoli casserole w Ritz on top!!😂 Gosh.... I need to make those bars!!!😍 Haven't had them in years! I usually use butterscotch chips also! So good! Have a fantastic weekend!!😊🌅🏵️🌻🍂
I’m so going to try butterscotch when I make them again!
These recipes look great! I've made the bars quite a few times and my recipe always had the condensed milk being poured over last. I think that helps keep everything together; I've never had an issue with them falling apart. Something to experiment with next time! :) Thanks for sharing!
Thanks!!
I made the bars and added mini marshmallows and white chocolate chips to it. I also poured the condensed milk over last. They were so good, but my crust didn't set up. Not sure how to fix that problem.
Awesome recipes, thanks for sharing 🎃🎃🎃
I’m 62 and my mom made these when I was growing up. We called them 7 layer cookies and we used butterscotch chips as well as choc chips. One thing we do different is melt the butter in the pan then sprinkle on cracker crumbs. Also we put coconut on and then the sweetened condensed milk and sprinkle w chopped pecans. I know, tomato/ tomato😂but I think it helps hold cookie together and def adds moisture to coconut. They cut much better when cold but I always warm mine in microwave cause we ain’t fraid to use no fork either😂. You are one of my favs
I’m gunna try it that way! Someone else said the said thing and that they also used butterscotch . That sounds delish!!
That bar recipe reminds me a lot of the Eagle brand magic bar recipe. Those are always taste. Can't wait to try that chicken!
Those bars were a real family favourite during the 1970’s & 80’s!
I’m with you about Rao’s sauce…the best… 🎶
So glad I found your channel 😁
I have made these for years, we called them 7 layer cookies ,they should come out in bar form, I also used butterscotch chips, delish!!!
I thought I heard Paula and Bobby in your kitchen!😂😂Great video!😋😋
They all look yummy! Ive been thinking about ma,ing those "Magic bars" it's a good recipe. I was glad to see you using the Great Value stuff, I've been plesantly surprised at how good it is! Not everything but, most of it is just as good as my "set in my ways" ingredients! Thanks for these, I subbed!
Also called 7 layer bars definitely delicious
These look amazing, will try all. Especially the bars. A coffe shop I used to live near had some that reminds me of those. I missed them, maybe can make them now!?! We have made million dollar spaghetti. Very similar to the tortellini bake, but a few different, adsitional ingredients. Just different enough to be worth a try!!!
I’ve been seeing that float around too!
I've made bars for Christmas for about 50 years. We called them elf bars. One stick butter, but also included butterscotch chips sometimes, and used pecans. Bars cut when cooled, and helps to line pan with nonstick foil these days. Do it in a way that you can lift bars out, cut them, and then store them.
That is so cute! I love Elf Bars!
You are obviously a good cook. I enjoyed this video. I can no longer eat these kind of dishes, unfortunately.
Jen I am full from my dinner right now so nothing sounds good. BUT…the bars sound delicious ❣️❣️
The bar cookie recipe is a family favorite we call them 6 layer bars. They are delicious@
Cannot wait to see your house updates!!! No pressure Jennifer and Darren .Tfs busy Momma ❤️🙏🇮🇪
Thanks Eileen!! I promise to share soon!!
My mom made theses every Christmas we called them hello dolly bars.
We always called that dessert magic cookie bars.
I want to try all of them😅
I certainly wouldn't mind a bowl of the piping hot Tortellini !
I bet canned turkey would be great in that chicken ritz recipe!
All of the recipes today looked good, but I am especially interested in the Tortellini one. Thank you for sharing 😊
You definitely should try it!
Me to looks really really delicious.
I think you might like the 7 layer cookie bar recipe better. The butter is not as much. Also can put in butterscotch or peanut butter chips. Give it a try. Everything you make looks delicious! I love your channel.
I’m gonna try it that way! Thank you!
Yes, 1 stick of butter will make the bars stick together so much better.
These bars were very popular in the 60’s.
