Their Laredo model at 1790 sq ft, turn key, starts at 410,000... that's insane! Thought it was suppose to be economical.
No wonder they don’t say the price in the video haha
They are just taking advantage of it because they are becoming more popular because they are cheaper to build and companies like this will take advantage of it and make you think it cost more then what it actually does
These companies are not for your best interest, bardo’s should not cost this much!
Thank you for sharing this video and I love the kitchen layout!
I love the deep window sills. My cats would be in them all the time along with lots of plants!
These are nice but maybe you could add some estimated costs so we know what we're looking at when it comes to how much you want for these really nice places
I've seen other videos by these folks stating it's difficult and that customer input changes things. I get that, but I don't see why they can't offer a rough baseline with understanding that customization will change the costs.
It’s ridiculous expensive that’s why….
I've read other posts that put the price around $165.00+ per sq foot.
@@kenlutter2065 that’s expensive
The entire point of homes like this or tiny homes was to save money. Now they want more for these than just buying a nice used home the same size. It’s a shame but you can’t live in a garage unless your rich 😂.
I love the black and gray exterior!
Wow. Really like your work, and layout. Kitchen is a dream
I’ll be in touch with y’all by the end of the year. I have to talk to my county before I buy the land. Great stuff!
I LOVE this floor plan...with a couple of personal tweaks❤️
Where can I find the house plan?
The floor plan flows very well in the home.
This is my favorite layout....well done boys.
Thanks!
Perfect. I like this.
I really love this floor plan. Great job.
Thanks so much!
How much
@@1845Barndohow much you pay for de plan

My left ear really loved this video.
the house is dope and me left ear really enjoyed this video
Perfect ! I like it.
Love the kitchen
If this was sitting on a basement, it would be my dream home ❤
A very beautiful house…..
Beautiful
Sooo beautiful 💙
Love it
I love it! It’s perfect!!
Nice!
Love this one!! How about showing a smaller one. Like 2br/2 bath. 1200 sq ft or smaller.
A “mother-in-law suite”.
Do you build in AR?
I really love this house. I might tweak a few little things, but this is basically the kind of house I would to get.
Absolutely Perfect! 💯.. for me anyway ✌🏼😎
Really like it need the shop
Love the entire floor plan
nice I really like that and U hope to some day build something similar on my property not far from Hallsville
We would love to build it!
I like how the windows have a ledge
Love the floor plan. I'm surprised there's no installed microwave in the kitchen 😅
I hope you have better luck with an open air space between the house and garage than many people I know that have tried this and found that air and wind, don't know where you live, but the wind does pick up in these places. Those rocking chairs would be gone as any other thing you put in that open air space. Eventually people HAD to close in the area or lose the roof.
This house is a dream come true. The only things I’d do differently in my own home is (1) make the primary bedroom slightly bigger and (2) use Cheyenne doors.
LOVE THIS HOME,I Would love to build one like it with a woodburning fireplace, a 2car covered carport, modified for handicap, bathrooms, maybe some changed to the floorplan, what would be a dried in and a turn key price on this home ? Would love to see the different colors and options on this home, I will be building in Tennessee, on approximately 1 acre, please send me some info,We. Love your Barndo homes and videos ! Sincerely Steve Smith
Yes I'm looking for something like this
This would be perfect for me. Just a few minor changes. What does this home cost?
I want to see the shop!!!
Love the video, but the porch area and garage is what made me watch the video. Do you ever go into the carport or the garage?
I would make that breeze way a screened in sunroom for outside sitting
We need to see outside and the work shop
Can you build in Colorado? I’d like to see the shop and hear pricing please Sir
Id like to have one of these
I would like more info on this home. Do you cover jim wells county?
Interesting floor plan with a huge kitchen but no dining room area?
Love this layout.... is there a basic price per square foot for this? I would love to see some prices or at least a ball park figure!?!
It must be hard, with these metal siding prices going 3x higher than they used to be, to be in this business
When you say 1700 sqft, I assume that’s the overall slab(heated/cool). Because of thick walls, what is the interior sqft?
I'm curious about the exact sizes of those bedrooms.
Beautiful house! Where did the customer get the restroom mirrors?
Very nice.. What is the total cost of the barndominium as shown in this video?
this is incredile. can you build in arkansas?
Do you all only deal in Texas or do you build in other states? I live in Missouri. Thanks
what was cost per
sq ft for everything?
and those open shelves in the kitchen are just another place to have dust. NEVER need open shelves anywhere
Wonder how much a house like this costs today.
I'm 25 hoping to have a house like this built on the family land
This same builder did a cost breakdown a few months ago: czcams.com/video/O8OH-fR48I4/video.html
Sehr schön gefällt mir gut
Nice home. Do you put in casement windows instead of the sliders?
good q. casements are best option in my opinion
Some numbers would be great.
Do you all build in other states or just Texas?
How much does the shell of this barndo cost?
Barndo is beautiful! Question… where do you put a dining table?
For this family they will use the Bar area.
@@1845Barndo Thank you so much for answering my question!
In Georgia electric code wouldn't allow that breaker panel in a closet. But other than that it's beautiful
Every bardo channel I watch always points out "shaker style cabinetry" - no other design company ever specifies the style like you do on every barndo channel I've seen. Man, just say cabinets lol
Will you build in center ville tx
Do y’all only do barndominiums in Texas?
It’s is what we want to build in Conroe cutting shoot area.
Do you know the paint color in the living room and the kitchen? Beautiful home!
I will check with the homeowner and try to get the color information for you. Thanks for watching!
What would something similar to this run??
What’s the measurements of the living space barn?
I’m super interested in seeing if this can be a reality….gonna reach out
What windows did you use for this build ?
How far do you go (Miles) to do a build?
How feasible is it to bill or one of these in Georgia? I have property... I'm really considering my options and home prices are ridiculous. Dealing with regulations might be worth it to have something nice and new
Is there a floor plan for this build?
👍
Hvac, i forgot. Changes layout. Thanks.
HOW MUCH?
If you are interested in pricing info, you can email us at sales@team1845.com. One of our sales team members would be happy to help!!
@@1845Barndo why cant you say how much these examples cost
How much too build this Exact model including concrete pad and dirt work. Starville, TX area?
My left ear says hello
is there no formal dining room?
I want to see the shop and the price!
How wide are the exterior doors. They look narrow.
Is it possible to increase plan size and make living room and Master bedroom bigger? I would want a fireplace in my living room for these cold PNW winters.
Yes it is. We can modify any set of plans to meet your needs. We have a team of draftsmen ready to help!
Lack of dining space outside the island makes this terrible for resale. It’s also a small chopped up plan. Reminds me of a starter home. Least favorite plan thus far. The one winning detail is the breezeway which would be great screened in.
Ballpark figure for the living portion, breezeway, garage, all in start to finish, total?
What would a 24by 40 with out the shop and car port
Nice place. The stained wood looks out of place, especially the large framed opening between the kitchen and living room, as well as the beam above. Makes it look cheap to me, same with the stained shelving. The floating shelves in the kitchen would be better either painted or be cabinets. Entry doors should be painted black to match the windows. Shelves in master bedroom are too narrow, they don't even cover the rod. Place would work good for me with a few changes.
I'm not excited about the wooden beams. Would rather they be oak or walnut or some other pretty wood. Those beams just look unfinished.
Nice home, what's the price, approximately
What states do you build in?
Do you have food plans
what does something like this cost on average ?
To everyone kinda complaining that price estimate isn’t mentioned, the market has changed so rapidly the past few years due to so many factors, a price estimate can change drastically in a short time.
Is this 1700 ft including the breeze and two car garage ?
No, he only states the size of the breezeway is 25×25 (625 sq ft), and the garage is 25x30 (750 sq ft). Thats an additional 1375 sq ft.
How do I get to talk with someone about buying a home package
What is the average cost of something like this?
Should u buy a land first or you guys help with that
That green shirt matches my truck.
don't like the exterior color choices nor the black windows and use of black in general......however this is a great living space.... what kind of insulation and HVAC for this build ?
What is the cost for something like this?
