Why is sales so hard for some people or so difficult for some real estate agents?

Sales can be difficult for some people for three quick reasons I broke down:
1. The way we are taught growing up.
2. Bad advise from people.
3. Too serious when working with buyers.
All three of these can be over come by people in sales so it doesn't have to be so difficult or hard.
