I've got a 525m.Has been great for me,just use it in the woods.Have only had to replace a clutch in 10 years. Took all the hydraulic valves out of the cab and put a 2 spool valve in to run the 3pt hitch and rear remotes . Removed all the wiring ,installed a one wire Delco alternator and a basic wiring harness to run a few lights and charge.
My Grandpa bought one of these 525M's new. Grew up riding around on it with him and we still have it. I don't much about them, but I do know you have a beast of a tractor for $1,000.
We use Belarus tractors on our farm, they are great tractors they are not hard to work on, I especially like the Belarus 250AS for a 2 cylinder air cooled motor that is 31 hp, what a beast
This one's liquid cooled and I'm really surprised at how strong it is I would probably go so far to say that it would probably out pull a John Deere same year same horsepower
