This video is all about firewood season and taking advantage of the spring weather. We were anxious to get outside after a long winter but really we wanted to try out the new Stihl MS362 chainsaw that I bought late last fall. We really like this new MS362, it compliments our other Stihl chainsaws, the MS251 & MS271. Please leave comments or questions below and thanks for watching.

Nice to see you went to a Pro saw Ed, you're going to love it. I went to our local dealer to pick up the MS362 and ended up bringing home the MS400C-M. It's light weight and with the 25" Stihl Light bar it's even better and the extra bar length reduces the need to bend over.
Thanks Andy! I was ready for an upgrade, that MS400C looks awesome...nice choice on the 25" light bar, perhaps a future purchase for me ;-)
I like your setup, but agree I couldn’t handle the cutting at ground level for long. I’m too old and my back is too bad. Unfortunately, I have a lot of wood just like yours to cut up.
Hi Mark…yeah, the bending over can get a bit too much. I just turned 60, so I feel everything!! I may incorporate my tractors FEL at some point. Have you solved the bending over issue?
I was thinking that you should consider building a log deck to buck your logs on. That way you eliminate all that bending 😅.
Amen!! Luckily my son-in-law has been doing most of the cutting ;-) (next big purchase is a wood processor, I hope my wife doesn’t see this)…haha
@@UpNorthNybergs yeah, a wood processor would definitely change things around there. Tell her that you got my permission, and that I’ve already forgiven you for the decision that you have made 😁.
