Growing up in the early 2000s, I felt like there was a big push to protect young girls from the impact that models, tv stars, and the internet had on personal image. But I feel like this has never been done to the same extent for boys/men. Accounts like Jose Z etc just teach boys and men that they aren’t doing anything right. I just hope the younger generations learn that people will say anything to make money for themselves.

Lol I hate running too but running a mile is literally a 10 minute workout for most people, less if you have any athletic ability.
No business that can afford to hire an experienced ceo hires a 24-year old, and self-employed 24-year olds are not bankable. Clients want experienced consultants, employees want managers they respect, and people with revolutionary ideas have those to focus on instead of their image. He's so preoccupied with it because it's fake. He needs you to be taken-in by it to convince himself it's real enough. Feeds his ego to think you're jealous or feel inferior...which the only chance he has any shot at making happen requires him to manipulate the naivete of your own youthful inexperience. He knows he's a loser so inducing others to the same feeling is the best way he can come up with to cope with that. Because he's a loser.
People live in a non realistic way. Social media made a great impact in making people think that we can all be like a celebrity and what we do needs to be out there for the public to see and there is no privacy anymore.
I really love how all these same morning routine people get up early as if no other "CZcams go-getter" is doing that same thing. And to have an advantage over who exactly? all the rest of us slobs that get up at 7? If you were a real business tycoon, you'd be snuffing coke and staying up all night. Pfft Weak. Im dying rn cuz I used to see his videos (not these specific but more of some general ones) when I was 10, and I actually followed them. Not this intense, but was about to learn on how to make a routine, and some (key word: SOME) good tips on how to keep myself healthy, not fit, HEALTHY.

Only some people get runners high. Youre one of em, thats why it feels good to run. I dont experience runners high. I only feel satisfied, relaxed and happy 5-15m after i finished, then all the hormones got fully released.
