What is the Ford 5th wheel / Gooseneck prep explained...2024 Ford Super Duty F-250 Tremor 7.3 Zilla!

This question comes up so much, lets explain it. If you didnt' know it, don't be worried, that's why I made this video. What is the Ford 5th Wheel gooseneck prep system, do you need a turn over ball? what's a Chevy 5th Wheel gooseneck prep system, do you need a turn over ball? And last but not least, a RAM 5th wheel gooseneck prep system and do you need a turn over ball?
this is on my 2024 Ford Super duty F-250 Tremor 7.3 Godzilla, with the 5th wheel tow prep and gooseneck that I installed myself. I will link the video for that below, as it can be done.
