Josh Turner Guitar Cameo for My Dad

Got a shoutout for my dad from one of his favorite musicians of all time, the very talented and humble Josh Turner (the guitar player, not the "Christian country music" artist. Our family has three generations of Josh Turner fans, including my dad, me, and my daughter. It's always cool when an artist you appreciate is not only talented but a likeable human being as well.
Love you, Dad. Thanks for giving me my love of music and introducing me to all kinds of amazing artists.

Sorry for your loss. It's great that you and your dad could share a love of music like that. And I agree, I'm so happy to see artists like Josh out there that are incredibly talented, but also come across as genuinely nice people. There are lots of them out there, we just need to look for them. :)

Josh is just amazing ... I don't understand why he isn't a superstar... but I guess playing Doc Watson and having so much integrity in his music just won't do it in this day and age... he is seemingly from an older day and age....

Fame and fortune doesn’t do it for Josh he just does it for the love of his music and making it with his friends who are just so like minded a reflection of who Josh really is genuinely a nice guy..

I agree that Josh is an amazing musician, and he's one of my favorites, too. I'm really glad that your Dad got to enjoy such wonderful music while he was here on Earth, and that his son and grandchild were able to participate in the love for that music.
