Quindarious Gooch 200 to 220 FPS with standard slug style darts. Probably more but I haven't chronographed it since the prototype (objectively worse than the one in the video)l
Perform a search for Nerfhaven Superlative seal. That's what you can use that can be bought from a hardware store. It won't give you a perfect seal, but it's cheap ~$1.50 for everything, and it works well enough that I use it in almost every sear carbine I make.

I have been trying to build my own blaster but i cant make a rubber seal to shove the air forward, what do you use?
