Agree with Stephen. Our problem especially in govt. is the lousy preventive maintenance (PMS) of systems if there is PMS at all. This is true for our train systems, traffic systems, etc. Magaling lang tayo sa umpisa, but 2 or 3 years after we start to see the components start breaking down as if no one is doing serious maintenance. This is in contrast with other places like hong kong, some of their systems are old but they are all running efficiently.

Airport glitch was cause by politicians' incompetence in handling problems. Leadership by example. When leaders are weak, secretaries have the same attitudes. No foresights and anticipatory attitudes coming from government officials to solve impending problems before it's happening, that is why foreign investors are hesitant to invest in our country. Lack of initiatives coming from our government officials on how to navigate our country to progress. We need brilliant and honest persons in sensitive positions in our government for the welfare of the public and our Nation

I disagree. The actual visit matters. Even Xi Jinpeng acknowledges the importance of a face to face meeting. Deals are made or broken based on an actual handshake. Many aspects of a deal are very fluid and can only take their final form by hammering the details. This is best done by one-on - one meeting where fears are calmed and distrust dust away. That's why there must be a substantive meeting between the two to make things happen. What's the point of the visiting then?

And it's likely that we can't expect anything meaningful that can impact Filipinos' life in a positive way for the rest of bbm term. We deserve what we choose - - a bad product whose quality we've never really tried out because of too much reliance on troll propaganda. God help us.

It's easy to be watch and tell men than to be a do it men. People always going to point at someone trying to be smart. True, policies change everything, policies either put a push or hold something up. If we cannot push our policy maker doing something good for the people they will end up pushing the funds in their pockets. Why then the breakdown of equipment happened? Let us learn from what happen and not blame anyone in what happen. We all know that Candaba viaduct is a major player for commuters, watch till it breakdown, people at that instance will only point on whose fault and if you happen to remember this comment you know that it can happen. What happened in NAIA is an eyeopener and let us all work together so that this country, our own will move forward.

I agree with you sir. Our developmental mentality must extend to the lower house, senate, lgus and all the government agencies.Good thing that we already have a president who's got this attitude.

I agree with the interviewee. It is indeed the attitude and mindset.
We need to be proactive and not reactive.
As regards the Maharlika fund, I have an opposite view, however, the points of the interviewee are valid. Congress is probably confuse of what to do about the bill. Hoping the interviewee will become one of resource people to shed light on the weaknesses of the bill.
