    I drink green tea every day.I can't say it has helped counteract stress from work at all.

      Switch to Matcha. You might need additional things to combat the stress. Also, sugar makes stress worse, I have found. Get outdoors as often as you can. Take walks, do yoga, breathe, pray, and eat healthy. It’s not a cure all but makes stress more tolerable. Best wishes ❤

    Wow! Thank you so much for all your wonderful health tips. I've just brewed a nice mug of green tea. I generally take it with no milk, no sugar and the the blend of green tea from clipper. One of the reasons why I buy it from clipper is that they don't bleach their tea bags. Maybe I should really go for loose tea. It's finding the right one. Wow! Thanks so much!     Polyphenals are also found in coconut water that is pink. There is a pretty good organic company called harmless harvest that sells it.

    Love my Matcha. Matcha proven to work as well as anti depressants. I don’t drink it for that. I’m not depressed. However, gives a nice lift with a sense of wellbeing

    But they are also high in Oxalates, which I in a lot of people are sensitive to, kills my arthritis and a lot of other things😫

      Absolutely correct. Causes autoimmune attacks for millions of us. Fish, seafood high allergens. Can't eat any of these foods. Histamines.

    Yes, I LOVE coffee, just 1 cup.
    However, I switch it up & when I want to chill, even at night, I drink the decaf teas !! Reg tea before 2:00 PM.

    Great information, the part about the fish smaller fismaller.Fish thinner fish like flounder, but large fish have Mercury.What about the mercury mercury

    Sometimes when Ixm feeling particularly stressed and immobilized at the same time, I'll have a decaf black tea, and it gives me enough caffeine to give me the boost I need.

    I checked dark chocolate bars. It"s also very high in Saturated Fat! Not good for the heart! Maybe add dark cocoa powder to recipes?

    Unfortunately dark chocolate also contains toxically high levels of lead and cadmium, while almost all fish, except Wild Caught Alaskan Salmon, contain toxically high levels of mercury. So we are damned if we do and damned if we don't.

      I think milk chocolate makes me happy too
      I think is more fat that's why health experts don't recommend it!

    black tea high also in oxylates. perhaps if taken with milk, the milk binds to the oxylates. milk and tannins??? please, you need to do your research.

    Dark chocolate, with sugar if your cortisol is high you're going to end up with insulin resistance! I was treated on cortisol steroid for over 2 years and nothing's , nothing has reversed the feedback loop in my brain and I can't even get doctors to help me!
