    I hope the floods isn't in your area, its also good to go and have a look of your land to plan ahead how high to raise your foundation to avoid any possible floods affecting the building and shops as they will be also along the street and the foundation needs to be really way above a certain height so they don't get flooded.

      @@kinzababe1 yes also you can use plastic water bottles to nurse your seeds at home. You can mostly get the seeds from the fruits uou eat as well as tomatoes and peppers and the papaya and more and grow them yourself. Like the local mangoes you can buy some eat it and plant the seed. Its easy to grow stuff in Ghana. Will be nice to have some guava and almonds trees and Orange and maybe later after you built the mango and coconuts because of the location of these trees and your waste tank such as the location of your septic tanks and drain pipes because they have stubborn roots which travel far and breaches drains

    Were those pups in the cage for sale? I am wondering how much they were selling them for. Would you say a free standing farming tools store would do well? Your body muscles and endurance will build up and get use to the walking. Since you have low tolerance for the heat, will you have a back to at least keep fans running or for your AC unit when you build your home?

    • @kinzababe1
      @kinzababe1  Před 29 dny

      A puppy was selling for 1,750 ghs yes I will have some kind of back up for electricity. As for the tools Ghanian don’t use them that’s why they don’t have any. You would have to be in a strong diaspora community for it to do well.

    14:38 you saw this seller asking if there was a boy with you or shady and he drive him away? These are market pickpocket so try to keep your bags infront of you and not your side. They loiter around and try to make a move. Who is this guy in yellow top always trying to get behind you? He kept looking over your shoulders. It isn't dangerous but there are petty thieves like pickpockets around who have spotters or markers who point people out for them to make a move. Especially when paying for things and they notice you holding cash and counting. Best to split the money into small amounts than together.

Sometimes its just genuine curiosity and nothing bad in mind but you can never know someone's intentions. Because before this moment at one shop the guy asked shaddy if a guy was with you guys ans when shaddy said no he asked the person go leave immediately. I don't know if it was the same person or a different because the camera didn't pick the person. And they usually work im group ao when you make one out the other continues. The woman selling those hair stuff was being greedy when you were haggling the price asked for discount. She was telling shady its fixed price and save for the locals so why are you complaining and asking for less while you came from abroad with lots of dollars to spend. And shaddy told her your guys aren't rich and don't have a lot of money so she should reduce the prices and she insisted not to. I don't know if she changed her mind in the end.
