so one day, a little game known as "baldur's gate 3" started showing up on my for you page on tiktok. very soon, both my online and in-person friends began talking about the game a lot, further encouraging my quickly growing obsession.
and then, he appeared.
that sassy white-haired elf vampire.
i IMMEDIATELY got a fictional crush on him, and he quickly became one of my most favorite characters in the entire game. i just love him, his story, how his actor played him. so OF COURSE i just had to make a video with him in it.
shoutout to antihuntress for being open to the idea of me commissioning them to edit this video. i came across their BG3 edits on tiktok and just KNEW i needed to DM them and ask them if they'd be interested in working with me. go check out their tiktok and all their stuff!

Funny thing I did: So after watching this video a couple times, I went up and searched for Baldur's Gate 3 gameplay and ended up watching Astarion's romance path for over 7 hours. Save to say, it did not disappoint, but instead left me wanting more of his story. So I'm gonna look for as many other parts of the story that include him as possible, maybe I'll even be able to play the game myself someday.

@raven , I have friends that wouldn’t shut up about the game while in EA but I didn’t get into the hype becuase of the price tag. I caved a few weeks ago and got the game finally becuase of Aster ( though Gale eventually grew on me and is best friend to my Tav , sorry buddy , next playthrough ) . Early b-day gift for myself which is now today. I’ve been spending all my free time on the game and am roughly halfway through I think. I’m in part two of three.

Astarian from balders gate 3. He has a very tragic story so the song fits better than you think. My first playthrough he has my nuetral Druid as his voice of reason ( nuetral good lean ) but gets occasionally swayed by him.
