The stupid part about this scene, Sakura didn’t believe them and cried about it when Sasuke was already a rogue ninja to begin with, which is no surprise.

Sakura’s obsession with Sasuke butchers her character’s redeeming qualities in Parts 1 and 2. Every single time it seems as though her character is actually undergoing growth, and she happens to see Sasuke, that growth evaporates. Kishimoto got better at avoiding this as the series went on, but at the end of the war arc he reverted right back to his old way of writing Sakura. Even if some people somehow like her relationship with Sasuke, I don’t understand how they can justify to themselves with mental gymnastics the fact that Sasuke not going home to see his family for ELEVAN YEARS is a perfectly fine thing. That is actually insane to me. How is Sakura not knowing if her own husband wears glasses, cute? How is Sasuke not knowing what his literal child looks like, cute? How is Sakura’s only recollection of a date with her husband being a 2 minute long ordeal even remotely wholesome? And all of that is in Boruto, where you’d assume the issues with their relationship would be fixed via retcons! I mean, people are so starved for affection within that relationship, Sasuke merely calling her his wife is grounds for a “moment” to some people. It’s a shame really. Sakura had the single most potential out of all female characters, and Kishimoto squandered it by having a female character be so tremendously influenced by a male one, yet again.

Why I (and probably most people hate her) is because she is not very deep of a character. The only “deepness” we got from her was she felt second always to everyone. And that’s about it.
I guess that is why most of us are still unhappy. It isn't just about the pairings anymore. It just feels like it isn't Naruto's story anymore. What a sad fate for the supposed main character. I never thought it would be possible to write one's own main character so badly. There are a lot of scary conclusions unbalanced teenage boys could reach from the conclusion to Naruto's love story. Kishimoto seemed to write a story where the hero 'wins' the heart of the girl he loves over his rival and proves how he is better. He made Naruto love Sakura deeply from the beginning. After all this, after all the things Naruto did for her, after everything we saw from her to Naruto, she still loves and marries Sasuke? Sasuke gets the heroine. Naruto gets... what exactly? In the end, Sakura is just taken away by Sasuke to be a housewife, bear his child, and become a single mom. Sasuke got everything in the end due to his Uchiha bloodline. He's got power, acknowledgment, a family he doesn't deserve, and Naruto's love interest. Sakura just told Naruto to just go away while she and Sasuke had sex on their travels, completely forgetting everything Naruto did for her. I think we've all realized that Sakura is the worst human being in existence.

Don’t forget when gara attack her and knocked her out, naruto saved her. But after that she gave all the credit to sasuke. And when sasuke told her that the one who saved her was naruto. She just rejected it, that naruto was not that strong to defeat gara.

While Naruto was fighting Pain Sakura was busy healing 100 of ppl, started off by saving a child and a woman then they NEEDED HER to go to the hospital and heal all the hurt ppl, not only that but she bestroyed pains summoning with only ONE punch *ik yall r gonna shit rn and be like "BuT wHy DiDn't ShE sAvE NaRuTo" which makes me question if u watched Naruto even more, as a medic ninja u are NOT ALLOWED to enter in a fight and have to put ur life above others bcz if she died who the hell would heal all those civilans????? she got monster strenght from Tsunade who put her trough TERROR training in which she would break Sakuras bones and make her heal herself. Then we have akatsuki attack where her and granny chio faught sasori, before the fight even started the big rock which was in the way of entrance was supposed to be broken so they'd be able to enter, where Sakura,again , with only one pucnh crumbeled it to dust. delusional mf say chio did most of the job, but, chio helped sakura take down SASORI *also sakura was the only woman to defeat an akatsuki member , not his dolls, all 100 of the dolls were destroyed sakura herself, and later on in the fight granny chio admmited sakura doesn't even need her anymore, and AGAIN to mention that as a medic ninja that wasn't even her job, yet she still did it with ease, then she (under 2 min created an antidote for sasoris poison , which not even the gran ny chio or ANYONE ELSE could do that just goes to show how good of an understanding she has for medicine). she saved kunkoro, short end easy. lets go to the war arc where she truly blossomed, not only did she have 100 healing but she got stronger THAN TSUNADE and she was only 17 at that moment (for ppl who say that that's not true ur full of bs, even hasirama himself said she got monster strenght which is grater than tsunas, talk to the wall) she destroyed 100 oh summoning, healed a whole army of shinobi and awoken lady katsuyu, later on she saved Narutos life by doing open heart surgery. She hit Kaguya so hard she broke off her horn *and for ppl saying that that only happened bcz she didnt notice her r full of bs, in the manga its clearly shown that she saw her and lets be honest shes a literal god who has byakugan so there's no way she didnt, she just wasnt as fast as her to react, also lets not mention how she had enough chakra to help obito open a whole portal to save sasuke, lets go to the last, it is shown there that she is immune to genjustu, which is the only reason the world was saved, shikamaru said it himself bffr. im not even gonna talk about boruto cus that women went crazu there and became the strongest kunochi ( talk to a wall its written in the data book) , opened a hospital, defeted an uciha who had multiple sharingans and no in the manga she wasnt saved by sasuke. there were more moments of her being usefull, like saving sasuke from falling or when she healed both naruto and sasukes arms, or when she healed naruto in front of minato, or when she AGAIN healed naruto after he got burned like a toast from from ten tailed beast taking over, healing hinata after pain almost killed her, healing karin, i just dont feel like writing all, and overall saved both of them multiple times. keep in mind she wasnt born in a talented clan, she had to work hard to achive what she did. now lets talk about the way she treated naruto. this one always makes me mad , like how can u say she didnt care about him but okay lets start. ppl always mention how she was making fun of naruto for being an orphan, which just isnt true, if u look in the manga its sasuke who said it, SP is just ass which ull notice a lot, like when naruto and sakura were on swings and she was complainning about her parent, guess what, it never happened in the manga , its a filler its not cannon, and most of the time its a filler or sp changes sakuras script to up lift sasuke which is ass. so now that thats out of the way lets talk about 'physical and metal abuse', sakura called naruto an idiot million times, but it was out of worry (and bcz he rly is), and the hitting is a comic realif in japanese shows so dont even start with that * and if u dont know that than maybe u shouldnt even watch anime in the first place, and also yall only get mad at sakura when she does it, but what about kushina, temari and others? The scene I've hardly seen people talk about is the one where Sasuke was leaving Konoha and Sakura followed him and tried to stop him. Let's talk about that. She didnot do it coz she cared about what's gonna happen to Sasuke in Orochimaru's custody, what she cared about is her die hard crush is leaving the villiage, her only motivation to go on those missions with Team7 with zero effort of improvement is leaving the village. She tried to stop him for her own selfish sake, coz she wanted to be with him. Who the fuck confesses love at a time like that? Saying shit like I'll try to keep you happy, I'll be your wife and shit like???? He doesn't care?? Can't you see that?! She did so coz she got desperate as fuck. - Abusive to Those Around Her: aside from beating up Naruto, she punched Sai who told the truth about Sasuke saying that he is a criminal and called her “ugly”; stomp on Kiba’s foot when he told her to tell the truth after her fake love confession to Naruto failed
- Stupidly Delusional: Karui and Omoi surprised attack Team 7. After getting kicked in the face by Omoi, they told Sakura the truth about Sasuke who kidnapped their master Bee and joined the Akatsuki. The stupid part about this scene, Sakura didn’t believe them and cried about it when Sasuke was already a rogue ninja to begin with, which is no surprise.

Sakura’s obsession with Sasuke butchers her character’s redeeming qualities in Parts 1 and 2. Every single time it seems as though her character is actually undergoing growth, and she happens to see Sasuke, that growth evaporates. Kishimoto got better at avoiding this as the series went on, but at the end of the war arc he reverted right back to his old way of writing Sakura.
Even if some people somehow like her relationship with Sasuke, I don’t understand how they can justify to themselves with mental gymnastics the fact that Sasuke not going home to see his family for ELEVAN YEARS is a perfectly fine thing. That is actually insane to me.
How is Sakura not knowing if her own husband wears glasses, cute? How is Sasuke not knowing what his literal child looks like, cute? How is Sakura’s only recollection of a date with her husband being a 2 minute long ordeal even remotely wholesome? And all of that is in Boruto, where you’d assume the issues with their relationship would be fixed via retcons! I mean, people are so starved for affection within that relationship, Sasuke merely calling her his wife is grounds for a “moment” to some people.
It’s a shame really. Sakura had the single most potential out of all female characters, and Kishimoto squandered it by having a female character be so tremendously influenced by a male one, yet again.
I sometimes wonder if Kishimoto hates women and that's why he screwed over every female in the series 🤷♀️ Sakura was based on his wife too. I can't imagine how it must feel knowing the character your husband created based off of you he purposefully made her the most unlikable and weakest person ever. You do know Sakura was unconscious during the fight between Naruto and Gaara right? She only assumed Sasuke was the one who saved her because either he was the last person she saw or it was because Sasuke is the one who usually saves her (canonically). Why I (and probably most people hate her) is because she is not very deep of a character.
The only “deepness” we got from her was she felt second always to everyone. And that’s about it.
I guess that is why most of us are still unhappy. It isn't just about the pairings anymore. It just feels like it isn't Naruto's story anymore. What a sad fate for the supposed main character. I never thought it would be possible to write one's own main character so badly. There are a lot of scary conclusions unbalanced teenage boys could reach from the conclusion to Naruto's love story.
Kishimoto seemed to write a story where the hero 'wins' the heart of the girl he loves over his rival and proves how he is better. He made Naruto love Sakura deeply from the beginning. After all this, after all the things Naruto did for her, after everything we saw from her to Naruto, she still loves and marries Sasuke? Sasuke gets the heroine. Naruto gets... what exactly? In the end, Sakura is just taken away by Sasuke to be a housewife, bear his child, and become a single mom.
Sasuke got everything in the end due to his Uchiha bloodline. He's got power, acknowledgment, a family he doesn't deserve, and Naruto's love interest. Sakura just told Naruto to just go away while she and Sasuke had sex on their travels, completely forgetting everything Naruto did for her.
I think we've all realized that Sakura is the worst human being in existence.

Let's starts off with her "being useless". SP did her nasty I'm not gonna lie, but is SP cannon, naww, but manga is. First of all when they were fighting Zabuza Sakura didn' t just "sit on a tree" as you (who clearly didn't read the manga) said, she actually saved Naruto from the sword that was thrown at him, next she stayed up whole night to save BOTH Naruto and Sasuke, which made her very physically tired and when sound ninjas came even though she was tired she was able to hold them back until Sasuke awoke *and for ppl calling her dumb for cutting her hair instead of stabing the sound ninja is just bs bcz it shows you didnt fucking watch it , the sound ninja herself said it'd be useless . then the chunnin exams came, that girl was probably the only one who was smart enough to finish it, then lets talk about the pain arc since a lot of ppl call her useless there. While Naruto was fighting Pain Sakura was busy healing 100 of ppl, started off by saving a child and a woman then they NEEDED HER to go to the hospital and heal all the hurt ppl, not only that but she bestroyed pains summoning with only ONE punch *ik yall r gonna shit rn and be like "BuT wHy DiDn't ShE sAvE NaRuTo" which makes me question if u watched Naruto even more, as a medic ninja u are NOT ALLOWED to enter in a fight and have to put ur life above others bcz if she died who the hell would heal all those civilans????? she got monster strenght from Tsunade who put her trough TERROR training in which she would break Sakuras bones and make her heal herself. Then we have akatsuki attack where her and granny chio faught sasori, before the fight even started the big rock which was in the way of entrance was supposed to be broken so they'd be able to enter, where Sakura,again , with only one pucnh crumbeled it to dust. delusional mf say chio did most of the job, but, chio helped sakura take down SASORI *also sakura was the only woman to defeat an akatsuki member , not his dolls, all 100 of the dolls were destroyed sakura herself, and later on in the fight granny chio admmited sakura doesn't even need her anymore, and AGAIN to mention that as a medic ninja that wasn't even her job, yet she still did it with ease, then she (under 2 min created an antidote for sasoris poison , which not even the gran ny chio or ANYONE ELSE could do that just goes to show how good of an understanding she has for medicine). she saved kunkoro, short end easy. lets go to the war arc where she truly blossomed, not only did she have 100 healing but she got stronger THAN TSUNADE and she was only 17 at that moment (for ppl who say that that's not true ur full of bs, even hasirama himself said she got monster strenght which is grater than tsunas, talk to the wall) she destroyed 100 oh summoning, healed a whole army of shinobi and awoken lady katsuyu, later on she saved Narutos life by doing open heart surgery. She hit Kaguya so hard she broke off her horn *and for ppl saying that that only happened bcz she didnt notice her r full of bs, in the manga its clearly shown that she saw her and lets be honest shes a literal god who has byakugan so there's no way she didnt, she just wasnt as fast as her to react, also lets not mention how she had enough chakra to help obito open a whole portal to save sasuke, lets go to the last, it is shown there that she is immune to genjustu, which is the only reason the world was saved, shikamaru said it himself bffr. im not even gonna talk about boruto cus that women went crazu there and became the strongest kunochi ( talk to a wall its written in the data book) , opened a hospital, defeted an uciha who had multiple sharingans and no in the manga she wasnt saved by sasuke. there were more moments of her being usefull, like saving sasuke from falling or when she healed both naruto and sasukes arms, or when she healed naruto in front of minato, or when she AGAIN healed naruto after he got burned like a toast from from ten tailed beast taking over, healing hinata after pain almost killed her, healing karin, i just dont feel like writing all, and overall saved both of them multiple times. keep in mind she wasnt born in a talented clan, she had to work hard to achive what she did.
now lets talk about the way she treated naruto.
this one always makes me mad , like how can u say she didnt care about him but okay lets start.
ppl always mention how she was making fun of naruto for being an orphan, which just isnt true, if u look in the manga its sasuke who said it, SP is just ass which ull notice a lot, like when naruto and sakura were on swings and she was complainning about her parent, guess what, it never happened in the manga , its a filler its not cannon, and most of the time its a filler or sp changes sakuras script to up lift sasuke which is ass. so now that thats out of the way lets talk about 'physical and metal abuse', sakura called naruto an idiot million times, but it was out of worry (and bcz he rly is), and the hitting is a comic realif in japanese shows so dont even start with that * and if u dont know that than maybe u shouldnt even watch anime in the first place, and also yall only get mad at sakura when she does it, but what about kushina, temari and others? "she never loved naruto" okay. here :
- when they had chunin exams sakura knew naruto waas dumb asf and could not answer those questions, but knowing how hot headed he is she knew he wouldnt back down, so she was about to take the hit for the whole team saying how she doesnt want narutos dreams to fall apart
- sakura also was probably the loudest person who was cheering for naruto when he was fighting also in chunin exams
- sakura got mad and defensife when sai tried insulting naruto saying how hes an idiot
- when narutos nine tailed beast took over she ran to him knowing she will put herself in danger but she was worried and scared for him ,he did hurt her at the end but when he awoken she didnt want to tell him that so that he wouldnt feel bad or like a monster
- she faked a conffesion and was willing to kill sasuke just for naruto and the village
- she always belived that naruto was gonna make it as a hokage and she was willing to help him acoplish his dream
theres much more but im lazy again, so go read the manga. but its really funny how u all call her a bad friend and a bitch when theres fucking sasuke who was actually a bitch to him and yet yall still suck him up like a good old wine like wtf? and not only that but naruto tied up sasuke and faked he was him so he could play with sakuras feelings and do it for his own pleasure but somehow thats fine?
