I don't have a strong feeling of hate towards her. From my understanding, she wants to be special and is jealous of Bam. She wants to climb the tower, to do that she has to kill Bam. And she was conflicted in doing so. When it comes hating characters, I do have some: Myne from Shield Hero. Gabi from Attack On Titan (when she was still ignorant).

I'd say Cell and Frieza are perhaps tied for best villain, but Frieza pulls ahead because while Cell's method of killing it far worse than Frieza's he tones it down after swallowing the androids. Frieza however, doesn't just resign himself to blow away his victims, he gores them, dismembers them, drowns them, beats them, shoots them, and other things that I'm probably forgetting all while doing it slowly and making sure to enjoy it, he'll even stop or keep you from dying too soon to make sure it's as slow and painful as possible.

Shoto is one of my favorite characters. His backstory and character development are the reasons I watch the show in the first place. The way he slowly opens up to his friends is really heartwarming because they make him feel like he's part of a loving family, especially since he never felt that kind of love from his own like Toya did. But at least he's still has a close relationship with his mom.

yukina and keiko are kinda both minor characters meant to be extensions of others like hiei kuwabara for yukina botan and yusuke for keiko and it is hard to put them top 5 even though i like them both a lot...if you love yusuke you will overrate keiko even if you feel she does yusuke dirty and if you love hiei like you do and have kuwabara high as well which is rightfully so yukina gets higher status off that which isn't based fully on her as an individual character but more her relationship even if you think hiei should just tell her he is her bro and she and kuwa got done dirty by making him not fully commit and her be later on still naive to his love...they just don't have enough to do on there own imo to be top 5 ....toguro sensui are too good and ask interesting questions to the audience to deny those spots and hiei is not top 5 for me personally cause outside of his flashback later on he just kinda is there not standing out much as a character writing wise so he is 6th...genkai is up there as well top 7 range...yukina would be 8 for me then keiko at 9 then botan at 10...chu honorable mention

It is super noticeable that you used the anime compared to the manga. The studio did Sakura dirty in the anime several, several times. They kept adding more and more scenes to make her seem more useless, weak, or mean than she actually was.
