3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
All purpose seasoning
Lemon pepper seasoning
Old bay seasoning
Smoked paprika
4 cloves garlic, minced or garlic paste
1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro or cilantro paste
3 Tbsp avocado oil, divided
2 Tbsp unsalted butter, divided
Lemon wedge for garnish
Fresh chopped cilantro for garnish

You could easily substitute a chickpea patty and incorporate or substitute the spices he is using in your making of the patty. I made it tonight and it is amazing!

I made this tonight & it came out awful. I think I know what was missing... salt.
I have kidney disease so I basically can't add salt to anything. This dish, however, needed some. I'll try it again with some salt & see what happens OR You Can Come To My House (bring the immediate family along) & Make It For Me- LOL.
UPDATE: I had leftovers & added salt to them. Guess What? It tasted wonderful. Thank You!
