- This is my unbiased review of the Pomoly Locomotive 20 Hot Tent. I like Pomoly products and believe this will suit me for the upcoming hot tent camping season. I saw videos of partial setups and incomplete reviews but I wanted to show the tent in its entirety and what comes with it. I had some likes and dislikes but overall I think it's a good tent. We will see when I use it in the field. I hope my videos help educate people and assist you in making an informed purchase. Please support my channel and provide tips and tricks in the comments. Locomotive 20 is a tunnel-type hot tent for 1-2 people with a wood stove. Locomotive 20 is equipped with three 7-Series aluminum alloy tent poles to ensure the stability of the tent in the wind and rain.
Enlarged Stove Jack - Compatible with all POMOLY stoves and portable wood stoves on the market.
Supportable Side Door - Used as a canopy / Easy access.
20D Ripstop Silnylon Fabric with PU 3000mm Waterproof Rating.

No floor. Mine be February 10th. Good demonstration. What is brown bush looks cool. Can get drafty without floor have to add skirts I hear mosquitoes water nice spot
Definitely get drafty without a snow skirt and floor. They should have a snow skirt on all of them. Pomoly are listening and adding them to their newer tents

Oh there will be lots with the stove. Too warm yet here. I did cut the stove pipe jack out after tracing the hole with the solid stove pipe. A lot cleaner

I would have to say yes. The one is sewn right in the Velcro is in place to put the spare right on and replace the existing one. Kinda nice

I will be ordering this hot tent this week for me and my wife.
You can fit two but it will be snug especially with the inner liner
@@BlueSea_72Do you know a hot tent that will fit 2 people better? Most hot tents, the stove is in the way.
@@RedeemedPrepper well my hex plus has more than ample room. The Locomotive 20 and Stovehut 70 both have quite a bit of room. The stove doesn’t impede the sleeping quarters on either as it’s at the end. The side to side in the sleeping quarters is what makes you a little closer together.

Nice review. That looks like a cool little tent. I like how the stove would be positioned at one end. Both of my hot tents, the stove tends to be in the way. So! Locomotive 20 or StoveHut 70? I think they both will have their place for you. Seems like the Loco 20 will make a great solo tent. I would like to offer something, hoping you won't be offended. Your audio was kinda muffled and hard to hear. I don't get why your subs aren't building. Your content is as good as any of the few others I watch. Take it easy. Catch ya later. Roger
Yeah I agree with your comments. No offence taken on the audio. It actually worked this time as it’s the Rode Wifeless. I listened to it and it sounded ok but not spectacular. I even boosted it to make sure hmm. The odd time the mic would flip around on my shirt. Not sure if that messed up portions. Technology is great when it works. I will have to keep messing around with it. As for subs I don’t get it either. Though I did notice when I post hunting or costume anything I harvest I either get dropped subs or a thumbs down. Go figure
@@BlueSea_72 You know it could very well be the speaker on my laptop as well. Interesting that you mention getting thumbs down on hunting video's. That has happened to a couple other channels I follow when they talk about hunting. I guess that's why I get along with my little dog and the horses better than I do with most people. 🤠

Nice review, thank you. Can I ask how much the inner tent weighs? It doesn't report it on the pomoly website.
It’s way less than the ground sheet. It’s very minimal as it’s mostly screen and goes into the tent bag easily. Of course there is no weight listed for the ground sheet. When I pull it out I will check on its weight. It may be included in the total tent weight.

I have the Pomoly dweller max two hot tent stove, but the weird thing is I have the OneTigris rock Fortress tent I just like their stoves better lol

They are very quick to arrive. My items generally arrive within 2 weeks or less

I would go with the Stove Hut. Now they just released a larger version of this tent. It's not tjat I don't like it. It just takes more time to set up and there is less room to move around inside.

How it handle in high wind
When you stake them down they are amazing. They have so many guy out lines
