That's a riding mower. I have one like that. It doesn't have enough traction to scoop anything other than dry leaves. If I put ag tires on the back, I'm sure it would destroy the tinfoil transmission to use a scoop.
If want to spend $650.00 on line...or if you have a snow blade..some tools and a welder oh and don't forget a little bit of imagination you can make your own!!...for about $80.00

You can buy chains for the tires, and weights to add to your tractor, if you need to.
I got lost after the part that said put your tongue in the blender.
Need to show where the mount plates mount to the frame first.
Make sure to titan those lift strap nuts.
