- How much were these commemorative baseballs worth? Enough to make people (including me!) lose their minds.
For the 2nd and final day, the San Diego Padres faced the San Francisco Giants at Alfredo Harp Helú Stadium in Mexico City, and YES, these games counted as part of the Major League Baseball regular season.
I had great seats but TERRIBLE luck for the first seven innings, but then I moved to an even better spot and . . . wow. Wait 'til you see how close I got to Juan Soto, Manny Machado, and Fernando Tatis Jr. And as far as I'm concerned, what happened after the game was the best part of the entire day.

Awesome video Zack, thank you for coming to Mexico City, you’re welcome here anytime. Those tacos you ate are called tacos de “cochinita” and they’ve been around for like 30-40 years (maybe more) and like they said, it’s the classic dish for Diablos Rojos fans at the stadium. Fun fact, the security guys were encouraging you to go ahead with the cup trick because the ball hawking culture isn’t really big here so it was for sure the first time they saw something like that happen. Great work as always and hope you come back.

The competition for those commemoratives was absolutely insane. Tony was telling me how he hoped to get one as well. I’d probably be just as nuts despite the logos being, well, y’know.

Yup, sick for the last two days of this trip plus about a week after in NYC. Still worth it.

Congrats Zack. I learned the hard way that I have to be more aggressive. I was getting my first ever toss up Tuesday from Lars Nootbar, headed right to me, and some tall guy got his glove up above mine. I was so pissed. Next time il learn to jump or just knock him out of the way
I don't recommend knocking anyone out of the way. Just reach farther or jump higher if the ball is coming your way.

You need a cup with an opening that’s just about the same size as a ball - and you also have to weigh it down. That's it. There's no link.
