But okay, back to the baseball stuff at Chase Field in Phoenix . . .
The Arizona Diamondbacks were playing the Pittsburgh Pirates, and I got a TON of baseballs. I got to play catch with Noé Ramirez (that's when MadBum took notice of my epic knuckleballs) and later on I also threw with Eric Stout. How many home run balls did I grab? I'll let you count them up, but the numbers were truly absurd. Should these balls even count for my collection? It's too late to un-count them but maybe a "rule change" is in order for next season? Hell, MLB recently changed the rules for Shohei Ohtani (and they did it back in 2014 for Buster Posey) so maybe there needs to be a Zack Hample rule in place? Loved this! My wife and I have been travelling from London to see the Dbacks for 13 years now, recently racking up our 73rd game. In all that time, we've never caught a single foul ball, but a young 10 year old kid sitting next to us that got two from a ball-boy insisted on giving us one......we just love Chase!

@@Czwascz Hi Chris....I've always loved baseball, must be from my Dad who used to watch and play as a kid with US GI's who guarded POW's near where he lived in south-west London during WW2. Saw my first games at Wrigley Field and Comisky Field in the 80's but never "chose" a team. Came close with the White Sox though! Started going on vacation to Az in 2007, saw our first games with RJ/BW pitching and settled on the Dbacks. Been coming back to Az a couple of times a year since.

We went and saw a game at Dodgers Stadium as neutrals a few years back when my son and daughter were 14 and 12, and a car load of gangbangers nearly ran us over in the parking lot. I shouted out a good old English cuss word and the 5 of them wanted to fight us! It was hilarious seeing them look confused when I hurled a load of abuse in my London accent and my two young kids shouted "come one, let's ave' it"! They backed off, but I did breath a sigh of relief. Horrible fans the Dodgers and I've seen that at Chase Field with LA fans too. Don't have an issue with the Giants, and we do want to make it up there for a game sometime soon!

I might be bias, but I think AT&T Park (yes I know it’s Oracle now but I can’t get used it lol) is one of the greatest ball parks on the planet!

It's a shame to see such a small crowd at a MLB game. Yes, I understand it was a day game, and school is back in session, but yesterday's Cardinals game in St. Louis, a Thursday 12:15pm game against the Rockies, the game Albert Pujols hit a grand slam for career homerun #690, was a packed house as usual, and school is back in session here too. But that's just how we do it here in St. Louis. We pack Busch Stadium every game, no matter if it's a Thursday day game during school season, or a Friday/Saturday night game. I love it.
