I love the straw Brandon Blackwood Nia bag. I purchased it and I love it. I actually tried it on with some resort wear that I recently purchased and I am loving the way the bag is the icing on the cake.
I can see how it’s for a particular customer, but I am that customer. Lol. It’s such a statement piece. I love pieces that are bold, so it makes sense for me. I can also see how people would prefer something smaller. It’s definitely a love or hate piece and I am a lover ❤

Yes, I saw the Brandon Blackwood straw bag on another influencer and it was an immediate NO for me. It’s just not practical and what’s with all that straw? It makes me wanna mow it or feed it to a horse. Sorry.

Fren you got THA bag! Brandon Blackwood's Spring collection was OVERLY EPIC! I love the Nia Wicker bag. It's def a vacation bag! Don't return it...Just close your eyes and image yourself on a resort veranda, overlooking the beach, with that bag on your shoulder! It's def a show stopper and conversation starter! The bag that has my heart is the Vanity bag! I shed a tear when it popped up in my email the day of the drop! I am ordering this weekend. I'm not going back and forth with my thoughts! Thank you. For this review on other alternative bags vs all high-end. I just purchased my first Brandon Blackwood bag which should arrive this Fri. I purchassed the Jasmine in python. . I have a good collection of luxe bags but I need to QUIT! LOL. It's just getting out of hand so having an alternative to fulfill my love for bags with good quality, less expensive bags, is right up my alley!😊

Great brand choices for fun designer bags. As for the Blackwood bag. It is creative but too bulky. I would also be concerned that it will pick up a lint and hair with the strands. There are many other great choices from his recent launch!

The bag is nice but the straw is for “show.” Not practical but for a day party as a show piece. Just a nice Nia bag without straw is still very nice.

Here's my thoughts - while BBlackwood is affordable, his intentional inaccessibility...it has gotten old to me! It has sadly turned me away from the brand. I hope he shifts. Loved, loved your video, as usual ❤

@BrowngirlbeautyNYC sure! By now, he has enough data on buying trends. He is intentionally creating scarcity to drive sales. The time for that tactic seems to have passed/will hurt him more in the long run as buyers are being more careful with luxe purchases right now. Keep folks waiting and they will move on. I can tell something is amiss - the email marketing cadence from them has greatly increased!
