A follow up video of how to unlock the speed of the Lankeleisi XT750 or similar eBikes that use the S700 LCD controller.
The Lankeleisi XT750 Plus comes as a surprise. Boasting a high torque planetary gear 500W motor it's able to tackle steep inclines with no problems. Also by simple and quick unlocking the 25km/h speed limit can be removed and the motor will push you up to 40km/h. The 48V 12.8Ah battery is able to provide more the 30km or 100% EV range while with in combinations with the 5 assist modes can double the range.

I just bought a red tail light that works on 48V but I was looking for the wiring diagram for the ycsh084-114-48 controller and ended up here. Still haven't found it yet. If you come across the wiring diagram to this controller please let me know. If I can't find it I'll just connect it from the headlight but I won't be able to use the braking light.
I would advise against using another lamp with this controller. It has low current output and might burn the internal regulator. Better get a battery powered tail light, you can also upgrade the front light to a battery powered one.

I have an RV800 plus . The speed change setting - 03p DOESN'T WORK. No matter what I set it doesn't change the speed. At 03p theres a speed limit control... Doesn;t do anything. Can You please tell me if You have a similar issue?
This is a XT750 bike not a RV800 plus so the settings might be different.
I have the lankeleisi xc4000 it has the s900 monitor would your monitor work on my bike my fitting is a 6 pin connection
Usually the display is matched with the controller. I don't know if the S900 is replaceable with the S700

Do you have a dedicated USB charger? My S700 LCD doesn't have a USB port.

It should, but it might have a different controller, with less power and lower speed, still the unlock it is done in the same way.

Thanks for the video. Are you really increasing the speed or tricking the magnets? I did this on my XT750 Plus with a 1000w motor and didn’t feel a difference in speed, but noticed the speed limit reached 50 mph
It really works on mine, it changes the speed limit.
How water proof do you find this display? And have you found any after market covers etc for heavy rain? Great review too! Would love to see what all the other parameters do too :)
Well I have a video running this in almost torrential rain and doing up to 40km/h. The bike survived with no issues. Still you might want to use something to protect the display.

Do you know if there is any real difference between this XT750 500W motor and the updated version XT750 plus 1000W motor ? Most people are claiming the motor isn't a 1000W. I wonder what's the top speed of the XT750 1000W .. i am guessing it's the same motor but as they upgraded the battery from 12.8 to 17.5Ah at 48V = 614W for this version and 840W for the new version ?
First of all the battery capacity measured is measured in Wh not W and has nothing to do with the motor power. Also a lot of XT750 bikes and their other cloned models such as Bezior are sold in 500, 1000 and even 1500W, but usually most of them are just 500W. To have more info and real power you need to know the used controller maximum Amps. A 500W bike has a 12A controller, the 1000W one has 20A, while 1500W requires a 30A controller. You will see on the market a lot of "1500W" models with 12A controller, just avoid those. As for motor power the 1000W one with a proper 1000W controller should have greater torque and hill climb ability than the 500W one. Also the top end speed differs a bit with the 500W one doing 35-38km/h while the 1000W one does 45km/h. Personally i have bought a "500W" model which came with the 20A (1000W) controller, so it has 1000W peak power, it does 45km/h easy and climbs very well on technical offroad and rough terrain.

A couple of questions ... , what is your actual maximum speed reached with this "E-Bike"...?? (Since I have seen "E-Bikes" with a 1000W HUB motor like that that even exceed 50 Km/h.) , How does it behave on the climbs...?? , Are you going up a steep incline hard...?? 🤔🤔

True actual speed on level ground with full battery with ~ 100kg load is about 45-46km/h. Of course you will also need to pedal sometimes but just to help a bit.
Does this work on 500w motor model with more thin tire
If it has the same display probably some of the settings will also work on that model.

It's the same process, just put the desired max speed back, eg 30 for 25km/h.
In Pas settings 1 to 5 are u restricted to a certain speed for each Pas?

No, the speed limit is done only from controller settings.

how much is the range with one charge? what is the difference with 1000w motor?
With full unlocked power (1000W) I get around 30km range with about half of that done at high speed and the other half done at fastest assisted mode.

I got the xf4000 would this brake my motor or does it reset back to factory default when you turn it off 🤔
Settings are saved even if you remove the battery, also there is no reset to defaults for this display, you just need to note & remember settings before you change them.

Nu are posibilitatea asta. Trebuie fiecare parametru setat corespunzător.

No it doesn't have engine braking as it has a geared motor.

Is it possible to adjust it so that the throttle only goes to 25 kmh. But the bike can go higher just by using peddle assist mode?
Maximum speed limit can be adjusted in setting, it works for both assisted and throttle mode. Still you can set the "gears" so you can have up to 9 levels, thus in 1 you will do 8km/h, 2nd will do 15km/h, 3rd will do 18km/h etc. So in 9th you will do 45+km/h

P08 - program 08 (setting), then you adjust the limit for it, default is P08 25 which is 25km/h, you can change it to P08 35 or 45 etc.
My limit goes to 100. Surely can't be right

I don't know what a T8 is, so don't know if it's the same.
It seems that the speed limit adjuster has now become glitched on my bike. It is stuck at the same max speed limit no matter what I change it to now.

There is no factory reset. Sometimes this display will freeze and show a "fixed" speed. Just use another speedometer. I recommend watching my review of the Mailan GPS speedometer.
Go and download the format for this model.....it tells you everything.... including Factory reset..... it's what I use, not going to try to explain it here....but it's easy to do
How do I change the driving mode default from 1 to 0?
It doesn't have an option to choose another default driving mode.

Is the speed real ? I see you've a GPS. Does it give the same speed than controler ?
Yes the speed on display is close to reality and GPS.

hello, i have the same problem with lankeleisi g660. The limit is 32km/h. Wheen I reach 32km/h I can feel, that the motor support is gone. My settings is p8=100, P14=12. Any sugestions ?

Try setting P14=20. I guess that on this bike there are lower power controller also.
Can you change the speed from kmh to mph?
Yes, it's the P02 setting, it switches form km/h to miles/h

This method doesn't work in my bike
Maybe it's another brand or model, or has a different controller.
So bike is charged but won't turn on.
Check the key ignition to be on
It went out and didn't ignite with a full battery flag
!!! ATTENTION !!! Be aware that it is leegal to ride that bike without the country specific needed operating license.
Does someone really think that changing this setting will allow your bike to ride at unlimited speed ? Seriously ?
If the controller accepts this setting then yes. The XT750 comes locked at 25km/h and with this setting the speed limit can be removed. Now it does ~45km/h.
@@TechTronic9000 Mine can ride at more than 50 Kmh... in a descent ! I just wanted to say that unlocking the limiter gives no more power.
Why is your handlebar full of gadgets haha, can't you keep it simple
Because I do a lot of other tests such as true GPS speed, also ride the bike at night so need a good light, etc.
@@TechTronic9000 is there a way to connect a spare battery to one of the external wires connected to the inside battery instead of the dual battery mod? Currently I have a wire from charging port to my rear mounted spare battery so both internal and external battery are in parallel but the problem is sometimes my thigh will rub on the charging port and can damage the connection.
Very bad experience with Lankeleisi... I received a bike with deep scratches and multiple scuffs on the frame and the fenders, the fenders and their bars were crooked without any assembly instructions or operation of the electronic module, very badly packaged, a horrible nightmare..
So you made at least 3 different accounts just to spam my review? If you had troubles with your bike than contact the seller. The service and support for this kind of bike depends a lot on the place you buy it. You can always cheap out and buy from dubious sellers that will not provide any kind of support. That is why I prefer to buy the stuff that I review from reputable sellers that I know that they will help me sort it out in case something goes wrong.
