Lovely above average townhouse. Never saw a townhouse with an elevator so I know these have to be on the higher end. This is a nice family home or even suitable for a well-to-do single man or woman. The home is big but its not spread out over two floors so it doesn't feel gigantic. The covered rooftop and grill would be nice in the evenings for dinner and has enough privacy to feel comfortable relaxing. Overall a nice property with an urban feel.
