Hi Ioana, are you broken up?? If you are still together and communication is a bit slow, then just be less available to him when you do speak give him a chance to miss you. If you are broken up, then 30 days NC and start using the texting ideas that are in the videos.

He is just testing the waters, trying to see if you're still there. keep your tone short and kind and wait for him to make the next move. Hi Sara, have you completed a no contact period where you are less available to your ex in work? You need to distance yourself slightly so that he stops thinking you are there if he wants you. You're going to have to apply a limited no contact where you speak for work purposes and nothing else. No more sitting around with him and looking at his phone you need to show him you are not "friends". If you have already completed your NC then you are going to have to try different attempts at keeping him talking. Usually if he replies but then stops it is likely that the conversation is not interesting enough for him to continue

I contacted him on telegram , an app that I didn't know he had, just offered my support and talked about work related stuff and he responded . But we were no contact for about 3 months. Then, he asked to go into night shifts, I ended up being on sholift with him for 3 nights I kept it normal, work related only, well never spoke about our past. However, he remains very guarded with text messages, I asked him if he had anything he wanted to say to me about the past, present or future, giving him an opening to talk about his feelings but he said no. We had the most intense spiritual and physical connection we have both ever experienced but hes 13 years younger than me. He was hurt in the past and before me, he hadn't had a relationship in 8 years because he can't be bothered with stress that comes with it. 1. Would it be an idea for her too maybe apologise for the no closure thing? Hes probs needing some healing, and she maybe has too say something like ' i am sorry if i hirt you and i understand why you may not wish to speak to me right now'.... then go back into no contact. Id be confused too if i was him. An apology does go along way and doesnt have to put you in a lesser position. Im a great believer in an apology should never be rejected, it takes strength too apologise sometimes. My ex became very communicative when i apologised for causing him pain, but it was a genuine apology though and it initiated a discussion, so that we understood where the break up came from. Left that convo at that. And then gradually he started msging me.

I don't even understand this. You keep saying the guy is a coward and doesn't want to initiate but this situation is not even about getting an avoidant ex back. She is the one who broke up with him so she is the one who needs to close that distance and do the work with him. I wouldn't even say the guy is an avoidant, let alone a coward, he is just a guy who has been broken up with, he has been hurt, he doesn't have to open up immediately just because she is getting in touch with him. Hi, hope you can help me! So I met with him 4 weeks ago and we had some arguements but still he said he wants to keep on meeting me. 1 week later I reached out to him asking to please call me back. Hi Ioana, are you broken up?? If you are still together and communication is a bit slow, then just be less available to him when you do speak give him a chance to miss you. If you are broken up, then 30 days NC and start using the texting ideas that are in the videos.

He is just testing the waters, trying to see if you're still there. keep your tone short and kind and wait for him to make the next move. He might not be ready yet but the no contact is making effect. Wait, give him time, it's pretty soon for him to want to come back and he might be just trying to see what's your attitude, give him more time and space, it's not about making things difficult for him, it's just about showing respect for yourself and you're also letting him see, that you can stay away.. Yes you should complete a No Contact again and understand if he has just lost his brother then he is not likely going to want to deal with anyone who is going to bring him a negative vibe. Allow him to grieve while you work on yourself

Me and my ex split up in Jan. We work together but hadn't had a shift together since, I was on nights and he was on days. Hes only just started to respond to texts, he had blocked me on all social media, everything and still has. I'm confused because when working together hes appeared happy, hes been coming to me, sitting near me, initiating conversations, leaning into me to show me things on his phone etc so his body language tells me he still likes me but he does this with texts he will respond to the first text or 2nd then doesn't respond again or leaves it for a few days. We get on really well in work, we've not talked about the break up, he broke it up with me and he had told me when we were together that I really didn't understand just how much he loved me, told me every day then we had a bit of an argument and he left . I just feel when hes around me that he still has feelings for me but I don't know how to take it forward
Hi Sara, have you completed a no contact period where you are less available to your ex in work? You need to distance yourself slightly so that he stops thinking you are there if he wants you. You're going to have to apply a limited no contact where you speak for work purposes and nothing else. No more sitting around with him and looking at his phone you need to show him you are not "friends".
If you have already completed your NC then you are going to have to try different attempts at keeping him talking. Usually if he replies but then stops it is likely that the conversation is not interesting enough for him to continue
@@chrisseitercoaching wow!! I never expected a reply so thank you 🙏. We had no contact because he blocked me on everything. Then he swapped out of shifts he was meant to be in with me for a while. I contacted him on telegram , an app that I didn't know he had, just offered my support and talked about work related stuff and he responded . But we were no contact for about 3 months. Then, he asked to go into night shifts, I ended up being on sholift with him for 3 nights I kept it normal, work related only, well never spoke about our past. I am a nurse so on nights we tend to sit in the dark corridors on close observations with our patients and he sat with me, not next to me but opposite me. Then he did solit next to me then the opposite chair was taken. He always initiated conversation, appeared happy and upbeat just like as if we were together. We spent the nights nursing patients together as a team. He came to me a few times to lean in and show me things he said hed had a spiritual awakening and had been working on himself. It's like hes trying to show me hes improved. However, he remains very guarded with text messages, I asked him if he had anything he wanted to say to me about the past, present or future, giving him an opening to talk about his feelings but he said no. We had the most intense spiritual and physical connection we have both ever experienced but hes 13 years younger than me. He was hurt in the past and before me, he hadn't had a relationship in 8 years because he can't be bothered with stress that comes with it. That's why I know like were different, for him to peruse me after 8 years single. I've watched tour body language videos which has been helpful. Thank you for you're reply, I wasnt expecting one x
