    It is time to get Buckley, he deserves a second chance.

    Yeah now it’s time to get rid of Ken bro. I won’t see a a fucking premiership until I’m like 76 at the rate we are playing

    Not a great game anf and a poor crowd . AFL is failing to get a crowd or even support the giants.

    Sick of nice old man Ken. Can we please move him on as coach. We have a great list that can win, just pathetic coaching holding us back.

      Remember a few yrs back half a dozen or so. When they were sitting at 9 and they lost to Brisbane at their worst ever. And they failed to make the 8. Ken and half that team should have got the boot then. That was an inexcusable disgrace that game back then. No elite level coach nor athlete would have or should have failed as they did on that day. None. And here he still is. Still nothing still failing. All roads lead back to the coach. If the players can't play then he couldn't lead them train them inspire them pick them skill them it's too long. He should have the integrity to step down.

      @@Thomas-dn8drnot the point he's had 10 plus yrs to pick lists and coach you know get athletes and make them great. It's called coaching. They've made it to the afl their good enough. Is he good enough to train them up???

    • @Thomas-dn8dr

      I think it's a relevant point.
      I was responding to the comment that they "have a great list".
      I'd argue that the list is unproven. Port were beaten in all areas today by the Giants.
      So I'll ask again, is the list good enough to compete with the best teams in finals matches?

    • @ajaxcatch
      @ajaxcatch Před 10 dny

      @@Thomas-dn8dr depends how you look at it. From what we saw today the simple answer could be No they are not. But I don't believe that. How many world beaters were considered good enough 1 yr or 2 yrs or 5 yrs before they they did the magic? I think they are good enough but need coaching leadership. If their lacking in an area strengthen that area. It's called coaching. If the players are good enough on their own then why even have a coach?

    We need to face facts! It’s the same old story every time we loose! Get Buckley to the club win a premiership with this midfield! We are on the verge of loosing our window with all the new changes and new teams coming over the next 5 years

      Ah ah ah ah lol but don't blame the coach it's the team remember thats not good enough. Not the coach lmao

  • @Jamie_one_of_many_prophets

    Port lack depth and there is an apparent disconnect when they are competing against a top 8 side. It is far too easy to curtail Port’s strengths. Their midfield is overrated, defence is shambolic, routinely makes poor decisions, basic skill errors and their forward line lack a strong dominant marker or a small bodied contesting player. Marshall is too tentative as it is far too easy to exit Port’s defence once the ball is being contested. Lord shouldn’t be playing AFL and Boak’s recent performances strongly indicate this is his last year. Port’s deficiencies are numerous and that’s without taking coaching into consideration.

    • @ajaxcatch
      @ajaxcatch Před 10 dny

      Yep all deficiencies that good coaching should be there to prevent You make your weak points stronger by training those weak points or replacing them.. So it all go's back to good coaching as the tip of the spear. 12 plus yrs of the rubbish

    • @Jamie_one_of_many_prophets
      @Jamie_one_of_many_prophets Před 10 dny

      @@ajaxcatch Port haven’t evolved in the 12 years of coaching, their deficiencies are simply always more glaring when the opposition is within the top 8. Ordinarily I’d be irate by this performance but I’ve come to realise they won’t change until radical changes occur. Personnel changes and/or coaching is essential.

    Todd needs to go, he’s a one of the best kicks in the afl but in clutch time and time again he chokes. He doesn’t chase, and he’s soft and can’t mark anything
