Electricity was provided by Israel to Gaza freely. Hamas never invested in infrastructure in Gaza. They wasted money on tunnels.

My oldest grandson is 22. Ruled out college and started a landscaping and mowing company. He's doing great and is working a full-time job too to save for a house. His girlfriend is also working in a great paying job. No debt from college loans to pay off. Money goes in the bank weekly. I am proud of him big time and her too.

Iâve looked into this conflict a lot from both sides and from multiple sources and the uncomfortable thing that very few people actually talk about is the fact that Hamas was voted in democratically and I have yet to hear Palestinians in the US come out and genuinely denounce Hamas. They always seem to change the subject and make it about what Israel is doing. The reality isâŠaround 70% give or take of Palestinians voted for this. The question then becomes why?? And what nobody mentions is that this is not actually a Hamas problem believe it or notâŠitâs not an Israel problem. I hate to say itâŠin the same way that you have ignorant leftists voting for people and policies that are destructive, you have ignorant Palestinians who vote for Hamas and then are too stupid to recognize that the problems they face are a direct result of the very people and policies they voted for. Something no one ever mentions is the fact that when Israeli left Gaza in 2005. In January 2006 the people of Gaza elected Hamas to the governing body with a majority Hamas needed 67 seats to win the election they got 74 and Fatah the current ruling party got 45 there are 132 seats in the Palestinian Legislative Council. There have not been any elections since. All of this information is available on a multitude of sites and if you donât mind the unreliability of Wikipedia you can take a short cut and look there. Though I would advise clarifying sources. Best place to get information is from peer reviewed published papers.
