Experience, power and reaction/combat speed all go to Anakin. He's fought on countless missions and a literal galactic war. Homelander had his first ever real fight in season 3 and spent all his life prior to that smiling for cameras and lazily killing people who posed no threat to him whatsoever. Anakin has more raw power than any other force user, and has literally overpowered immortal force gods before. Whereas Homelanders absolute most generous scaling possible puts him at city level, and that's only if we take every statement about him at face value and as absolute truth with 0 possible downplaying whatsoever from his anti-feats. And force users, including Anakin, have consistent lightspeed+ level reaction speeds. Hell even normal humans in Star Wars can do that sort of stuff let alone force powerhouses like Anakin. Homelander meanwhile already showed he was unable to react in time to avoid Butchers heat vision so that kind of automatically puts him below Anakin. But he was even getting pieced up by Queen Maeve and seemed to have a slight combat speed disadvantage compared to her. So yeah, Anakin negs the verse on accident.
