I see many comments about how impressed people are that he president speaks multiple languages but that's beside the point.
The real question to ask here is why are people poor in Equatorial Guinea or at least the vast majority of them? They are among the largest producers of oil plus they have a population of ONLY 1.4 million people. This is absolutely crazy to me because in comparison, Nigeria my country has around 200 million people.
What sort of corruption and wickedness is going on in that country? There should be an outrage and the people there should kick this man and his corrupt son out of the country.
China has no problem funding dictatorships as long as they bow down to it. Just like the United States. I hope that the people of Guinea Ecuatorial can find a way to sustainably become economically independent.
