After watching the speed bag master who's a senior citizen, this is just quaint
Yeah cause he's 74 years day in and out experienced. This guys just done a whole day of training doing all different shit, so of course he's not going to be as good on one specific thing. But tell me this? Apart from a bit of respect and admiration now because he is an old man, what has getting so good on a speed bag done? Is he a boxer? Is he getting paid? Nope. It's pointless. He has truly fought tuff contenders on his way to s belt and won them. Lastly it's a sport to him. If he knocks someone out while fighting he steps back then he checks no n them showing sportsman like character. To me that's world class and honorable to hold a belt.
