The Instant 1P Swagger Tent is built for those solo outback slumbers under the stars.
Boasting a lightweight but robust frame, this tent offers a simple, one-person operation - so you pull up, set up, and be settled by sundown. A durable 150D polyester construction bears the rough and tumble of outback brutality, while a robust PE floor withstands the wear and tear - the ultimate butler beneath your feet. Draw out those arvo hangouts with superior airflow thanks to ventilation through door, window, and ground vents too.
For outdoor durability from the ground up, the Coleman Instant 1P Swagger Tent is where rugged meets royalty.

Thanks for the demo Ben. Have been thinking about getting the bike trailer pin clips and throwing one of these on a roof tray rather than a stretcher 🤣 will send you a pic if I ever do.
Sounds interesting, David, we'd be keen to see photos. ~ Ben
3:10. THAT'S the way ALL tents should be! No need to set up anything, JUST snap it together. THIS tent maker JUST took tents to the NEXT LEVEL. (BOOM)
Haha, I enjoy the old fashioned tents, JRR31984, I find something about getting the pitch just right quite satisfying. ~ Ben
Looks like a great alternative to a normal swag for the hotter months, and such a simple 1 person swag/tent,
You cant beet a quick, simple set up, thats for sure.

Nice set-up video ben. I get more confused of what I want everyday. Although Laruen says she has some of these.
Yeah, I do have a couple of the 2P tents. Not sure about the 1P tent and combo stretcher, I dont know that its more convenient than a swag, but its a good choice for people who may have an existing bedding set up (mattress, etc) or gives you abit more flexibility to have a lighter set up in general.

Hi Ben,
Very informative video, thank you. This 1P tent looksideal for my needs. Only problem is I have a (brand new) OzTent KS-1 stretcher (needed because I am a tall/heavy person). Will the 1P fit onto that stretcher?
Cheers, Steve
This is why I mentioned in another video about how much I like Australian camping gear. Was surprised that you said that you guys feel like the U.S. has a lot of great gear. Some of it is good, but overall selling to a big market our camping companies make pretty generic stuff that can be sold to the most people. There's nothing like these easy up tents, stretcher tents, swags(very limited), that are innovative. Australian companies seem willing to innovate and take risks putting out very clever and appealing products. We have an Oztent distributor here now selling at premium prices. Another is starting to import Darche gear. If they catch on maybe American companies will be more innovative. Won't happen soon though.
This is really interesting, Kenneth, we've always just assumed that the range over there is much broader than what we have here, but from what you are saying it is quite the opposite. This would make sense given the amount of requests we get from people in the US. Thanks for the insight. ~ Ben
I stumbled across Australian swags about 5 years ago. I live in Germany, and could not find any company that would get them from Oz to here. By now, I already knew the advantages of camping in a cotton tent. This winter, I found some companies which now do imports, and found one or two of the tighter swags on amazon (do not like those). So what did I do? I knew of a British company - Wingman on the Road - which does "tents"specifically for motorcycles (which is what I want this for). Until last year, they only did one with a width of 70 cm - far too narrow for me. Last year, they rolled out a "two person version", which is 90 cm side. So just right for me, I got one for myself for Christmas. Really nice thing. Heavy canvas, integrated awning. All details of an Aussie swag, but they call it tent (a bit strange to me). Found a 90 cm wide stretcher to go with it, which packs down very compact.
In Europe, these fabulous swags are widely unknown.
Could you use this for a 2P? It would just hang over a bit ?
@user-we3vb2vh7p - nope. The stretcher only works with the 1P. The 2P is a proper tent sized tent, so is not compatible to use with any stretchers.

Will you be selling a darkroom version of this tent?
We're a retailer, not the manufacturer - at this stage there's no darkroom version, and Coleman don't have any plans for one as far as we're aware
~ Lauren
NEED this but a 2p version. Kind of pulling my hair out knowing a 2p version doesnt exist
A 2P version does exist, EJAY, check it out here - www.snowys.com.au/instant-swagger-2p. Only difference is that there isn't a compatible stretcher available. ~ Ben
@@SnowysOutdoors Damn! If there was a compatible stretcher i'd jump on it right now. Guess i'll keep an eye out for when/if that becomes available. Cheers
@@RAZBRY I have the 3p, it's great. The alternative to a stretcher is a cheap tarp underneath to address the dirt pack up issue, and a good inflatable hike mattress to provide stretcher like comfort above the ground. A 2p stretcher is significantly heavy and bulky and most have a pole between the two sleeping sections, at that point you're almost better with a roof top.
Love this set up but a double would be perfect ..is this set like a king single ish in size by chance ..
@@traceyanne721 the sleeping area is 100cm wide and 210cm long which makes it in the realms of a king single size. ~ Ben
