Hello, thanks for your video. However, there is some confusion in the information you have shared. You are mentioning space sizes in square mtrs and square feet. The difference between the two is a lot. Which one is correct? if it is 1000 square mtrs. the rent itself would be so high, how is one to run a profitable cold process soap business?

I wanted to ask for some clarification as we are just starting out again. My dad has been using your perfume for the last 15 years, and he has been selling it as a fabric perfume. Can we do the same as well?
Can we just mention 'Parfum' on the front of the label and provide detailed instructions to spray on fabric on the back? Do we still need a license for this?
Please help me with this. This information will mean a lot to us.

Well technically if it's not meant to be used on human skin, you have bypassed the FDA requirement & no longer need it,
However you still need to chk what kind of alcohol you are purchasing, methanol is illegal to use & iso propanol does interfere with fragrance notes
You have to buy denatured alcohol or get an excise quota for pure ethanol of 99.9% purity
Also chk with local authorities about storage restrictions of the same as its highly inflammable
Also we are different from SH kelkar, we are distributor of SK FRANCE & EXPRESSIONS PARFUME, both companies are from France

Like do we require FDA license for absolute start up business ( for beginners) for handmade soaps , and handmade oils ?? also u mentioned about Chemistry background and a factory ,so is it required for natural handmade soaps .. little confused.. if u could please clarify … it will be a great help for all beginners like me who really wish to start their business in natural cosmetics ….

@PrajaktaTare-fx6xz I have clearly mention that there is no bypassing the FDA, no matter u are handmade ubr small scale, u r doing for challenged kids or whatever, its mandatory

I have a premium Registered Trademark. I talked to a famous perfume manufacturer company in Gujarat and their MOQ is 10,000. This high MOQ for a single SKU is unbearable.
