I like to imagine there's no direction or plans by Nintendo when making these games, they just lock the developers in a room and let them do their thing. Like the guy who has to work on the next Mario game walks by and hears "WORK IT WORK IT GLUTES AND CALVES" muffled on the other side and is told not to go in until they're done.
I got 5652 mus, surprisingly. It really relies on getting good mileage from the megagames, along with luck since some like Speed Skate (first megagame) and Harvest Man (second megagame) are really good while others such as Batter Up and Rubber Stamp (both first megagames) kind of suck since they have a fairly low cap. And of course, reaching the max in all the microgames. Luck needed there too since some are capped at 180 and others 240 and a couple a bit higher.
Nothing will ever stop WarioWare vocal tracks from being absolute fire for no reason other than that pure passion flows into each installment. It's beautiful.
