The dark editions are difficult, the chrome ones are almost impossible. I've been waiting for a long time to get a chrome one. Thanks for watching, it means a lot!
Hello, which model would you recommend for target shooting, Rival or Rival-S steel, which would you recommend? Thank you very much in advance. Have a nice day.
@@Just_The_Average_Dude Thank you very much for your reply. I will take your suggestion into consideration and buy the Rival-S steel model. The subject of the video is very good, sir, we would like your videos to increase, I wish you a good day.
Does the weight of the firearm even come into play when shooting that slowly? The additional weight would help with sustained fire not really any good for a shot every second or so. Just my 2 cents
In my head, even shooting it slow the weight helps with recoil, therefore helping the shooter be a tad more accurately. A larger scale example would be like shooting a 22 vs 9mm. Most people are more accurate with a 22 because of less recoil. I have been known to be wrong before though. Thank you for watching!
I've had the regular rival since January of this year. I just got the rival s they both prefer 124 over 115 grain. I think your groups will shoot tighter with 124s
I appreciate the input. However, as you could tell, I wasn't in a formal competition and from what I have read, Caniks prefer 124gr bullets. I hope to test that too. There is a reason that 115gr fmj is called range ammo.
Choosing between these two awesome feats of Turkish engineering is like choosing between 2 genius supermodels, you can't lose and will be happy.
In general caniks like to shoot a higher pressure round, so 115s shoot bad compared to a 140 grain
Thanks for the review!
Nice shooting Tex. Keep it up. I can’t decide between the two and it’s hard to find a rental place with either one to try
I appreciate it. I really like them both. Hopefully, you'll be able to try one out soon.
Slow fire theyre the same , the heavier steel frame shines when you are running it fast
Thanks for this comparison video
Thank you for watching, it means a lot!
I want the silver Rival S. It's such a beautiful looking gun.
Thank you for this video. I’ve been waiting for a steel version to come in stock. I might just pick up a polymer version.
I don't think you can go wrong with either. I do prefer the steel but just by a slight margin. Thank you for watching! It means a lot.
@@Just_The_Average_Dude thank you!
Very informative video.
Thank you so much for watching, it means a lot!
thank you bro, nice video,

The Canik Rival Steel is a bit of unicorn in my state … no one’s even seen one… are they that hard to get?

I don't think you can go wrong with either but if I had to choose 1, I think I would go with the steel. Thanks for watching, it means a lot!

I have both as well. I like the rival s better as well. Recoil is less with the S
I have a couple videos on my channel about this gun. Awesome set up.
I will have to check out your videos!
@@Just_The_Average_Dude I would appreciate that.

I will give that a try. Thank you!
Steel. Now if you get them ported I will put them both up against almost anything
The S wont really help until the cadence picks up a bit.
The steel has a much better trigger
Cheese
I purchased the canik elite sc first and then the rival s and I can run my elite sc darn near as fast as my rival s
The elite SC is what I can too!
First of all you are shooting crap ammo. No one uses 115 gr bullets in competition. Most use 147 gr. I load 160 gr 9mm.
