As a Chelsea fan I would say that the best Chelsea can get out of this season is to avoid relegation. Any team now including Sheffield United would stand a good chance of beating Chelsea home or away. I have supported Chelsea for about 55 years and they have had some rubbish teams and players in that time but never before have they had players who don't care and don't try. And of course these "players" all earn millions of pounds a year.

They’re the ones that came up with the idea to buy all these young players and got directors they thought could do that …… who buys a new business that they have no experience in and get rid of everybody there and not bring in experienced people to replace them, they’ve spent 1B and if you didn’t know that fact and looked at this Chelsea squad you wouldn’t believe that amount of money has gone into it
Where is the evidence that the owners are instructing the football directors on player recruitment? And if they are directing the policy, the directors are still responsible for sourcing talent and they have been woeful in that regard. New owners frequently bring in replacements across the squad but I would agree the level of turnover at Chelsea the last 18 months was probably too great @@studentofdgame9420

I'm a Manchester United fan and looking from the outside in, I can tell you now, the biggest problem I see at Chelsea is Conor Gallagher is never in a month of Sundays good enough to play for a Club like Chelsea and he's your Club Captain, and there therein lies the most fundamental problem of the Club. Chelsea needs a real leader as Captain in that team in the mould of a John Terry. The likes of Conor Gallagher are more likely to lead you into a relegation than too a title. West Brom player.

Demographics is the problem at Chelsea if that's the right word you've got a very aging population of fans who have seen their team win the Champions League twice for them. That's great Chelsea Champions League two winners. They've seen that in their lifetime. Anything else is a bonus so they're not going to demonstrate they're not gonna get angry they may do but they're not gonna show it then you've got the young fans. The ones that came around the Abramovitz time and they were spoilt rotten and they don't have any fight either. So there's a real demographic issue at Chelsea. They're not groups or enough people that are going to kick up a fuss. Show anger and frustration so the new owners are safe, the Chelsea fans have no balls, the cowardly a week set of fans. The atmosphere at Stamford Bridge is appalling. The atmosphere outside of Stamford Bridge at times like this is too appalling and absolutely dire set a fans.
