I ran Glocks for a long time. Never professionally. I switched to Shadow Systems when the 920 series came out because they just have better features / ergos and direct thread optics mounting system .
I literally only run 2 pistols now and that's and both are on the 2 far ends of the spectrum.
My main squeeze is XR920 Combat Optics Ready with 507C-X2-ACSS & TLR7A. The other pistol I shoot is 100% Race gun . It's a highly customized CZ / CGW Custom Shadow 2 SAO Optics Ready with 2.2# SAO Trigger and 507C-X2-ACSS. Shadow 2 SAO is almost as good as CUSTOM 2011 trigger .
I run 507C-X2-ACSS because that's what I shoot the best with and live the Chevron. I do not use the 250 MOA Ring with Chevron in Competition..
When it comes to painting ARs . I freaking love using the Sponge method and keeping it super simple. I do prefer Rustoleum Camo Paint . I actually started painting one today . I used Khaki and Black . I'm gonna touch it up tomorrow. I rattle can all my main rigs whether it's for SD or 2Gun..
Lastly used your SLING in the last 2Gun Match and it's such an awesome, simple and cost effective SLING that just plain works . For the longest time I recommended Proctor SLING due to cost . Now I'll be recommending yours .
Nice video bro and def cant wait to see the paint job

I hear good things about the Shadow systems and that race gun sounds like a sweet setup. I really appreciate the feedback on the sling as well. Thanks man!🤙

I don't care what people say about Holosun, they deliver a number of products that simply do not have direct competition in the USA.
A 407c-x2 can be had around $200 if you look around, and is a quality optic. The 509T has a much better window profile than anything else on the market and is 100-300 cheaper. Its not cheap "chinesium" anymore, they are legit high end chinese products.

For sure! They are constantly bringing out new products and pushing the envelope where most other big companies are not improving or listening to the customers.

Agreed. Way better than the tlr1 toggles. The new tlr7 hlx looks like a nice light as well

Calculated Kinetics makes a stout optic plate for Glock and other brands, at a very affordable price. Got one on all my MOS’s.

I really like them. Im interested in trying the new tlr7 HLX that just released. You may want to check one of those out. They look to be a good option.

Streamlight is sort of known for their pistol lights more than anything else. For pistol lights they are just about on par with surefire, IMO it comes down to which switches you prefer and the streamlight is a little shorter in length which might be appreciated if you plan to stuff it down your pants.

PSA: China invented gun powder and the first recorded gun was in 1288 from China. We can drop the "I don't like Chinese products argument in 2024." Most of the electronics in your home and at our jobs came from China.

Also, to add, "made in USA" means exactly jack-shit nowadays. They will outsource all of the materials and labor to other countries, import the almost finished item, slap an "assembled in USA" sticker on it, and call it good... with a 10x mark-up. And CS is worse than ever. Honestly, I prefer to buy Chinese, because it's all made there anyways, at least they are upfront about it. And if it breaks, they will almost always make it right with minimal hassle. Had trijicon try to send me a bill for a brand new DOA rmr. Lol. (((Late-Stage capitalism))) is a disaster for mankind.
Nice gats though my dude. Hope they are Austrian made.

@@Rdctd6969 Re: "Hope they are Austrian made." Care to expound, please? Did you encounter issues with a model made in Smyrna, GA? I've heard rumors that they're not up to snuff, however I've also read Glock's take that the machines were shipped over and setup the same here - complete with training by Austrians.
I do know that Glawk USA is anti-freedom, seeing as they imposed jab or job onto their employees.
