the most impressive thing is how they move around each other.
Yeah I feel like that's a top 2 requirement for being a bartender, no problems with personal space.
As someone who did this for 4 years, it's not as hard as you think, if you work with people your comfortable with, you move as one
@@jamesmaverick7345 Well I can't even go to concerts or places with crowds of people cause it makes me claustrophobic. I can hardly go to Walmart on a Sunday lol. So I couldn't imagine this level of constant pressure.
If you have two very good bartenders . At some point It looks like we’re dancing behind that bar . I love working behind the bar .
A big part of it is just working with people you get along with, its not always possible but its the same in a lot of kitchen settings aswell. if you enjoy the people around you it will make ur job more enjoyable and give you a friendlier space to improve, with that wide space to improve you will learn very quickly where everything is and who might need what items and thus give you a hint they may be coming and to not bump into them, then again a lot of it can just be intuition which some just have as much as others.
Me: Finishes making drink that takes almost 10 minutes to make
Person: downs it in 3 seconds and orders another

A good beer needs 5 minutes. But in the 5 minutes you have time to make 40 another beers.
What you see here is also 90% of what you pay for if you get a Cocktail.
If u want 2 get wasted fast and don't care about the finer points of spirits I recommend everclear for the college swine

Pretty clean bar besides the ice having drinks made directly over the the bucket. Should be a lid on that
