As someone who started bar tending two years ago in a 5 Star 5 Diamond hotel(N America), and have passion for our craft, it makes me sad seeing how meticulous and organized you are. I thought I was going to get quality training to be on the level this guy is but what actually happens where i work is embarrassing.
Thank you Tolmach for showing our art to the masses and showing it how it is done the right way. I hope i find a place of employment that encourages top level bar tending similar to this soon.

Besides a cook the bartender is one of the hardest jobs in restaurants cause not only do they need to know how to make these drinks they gotta remember who they are for and along with that they are required to take food orders to if the place sells food

Gonna passive-aggressively show my manager this video and emphasize him cleaning the shakers before serving the drinks.
Instead of just leaving the used shakers on top of the cooler.

@@EarnestElephant She came up with an excuse saying how she's too busy to clean and as the bartender it's my duty to keep the bar clean.
So not good.
@@SoudavanahhhYeah, my boss gets drunk during the shift. I work in an Irish Pub and my boss is Irish, so I get it. But he gets drunk to the point where he's not helping. Sometimes he's even leaving during the shift he's also on according to plan. It makes me think about leaving, but I definitely still want some months more on my CV for the next bar
