You should be really proud of this episode. The Black & White, the subtle big band/jazz music in the background, really sucks you into the story...even though the comics in colour. 😉 Really moody stuff, I dig it a lot.

I feel like if ComicPOP where in a Noir film, Sal would be the private detective, Tiff would be the client who's husband was murdered, Ben would be the police detective assigned to the case that has a history with Sal and Ethan would be the crime boss behind it all
Hell, why not just make that, but do it as 4 separate stories so you can get 4 times the views lol. :D
The twist would be that sal was the murderer because it turns out Tiffany was his wife.

I love how every iteration of Spider-Man (Ultimate, 2099, Noir) is the best character and has the best story

In 616 the Chameleon and Kraven are stepbrothers. Chameleon hired Kraven to beat Spidey after he humiliated him

In Spider-Man: Grim Hunt he used his adhesion powers and ripped the skin off Kraven’s wife’s face, if I recall correctly.

I was in my office with a sniffer of brandy and a nice stogie when Sal from comicpop uploaded an episode of backissues to celebrate the far from home release. I took a long drag and said "of all the CZcams notification squads, in all the world, he had to upload to mine".
I LOVE the casual fantastic idea of inventing a Venom Noir that they do here; For if there is a spider God, there must also be a Spider Devil, who corrupts the spider swarm and sends them off to hunt for prey in the dark corners of the city, prey in the form of a suicidal Eddie Brock, who after being caught stealing food by Spider-man, goes to the church to confess his sins and is corrupted by the swarm of spiders in the church belfry and becomes Venom!!
Spider Man would not care about a hungry nigga stealing food. He would probably just buy it for him.

I would love for Marvel to bring this in-print back because it was a very clever idea and the Spider-Man Noir suit is my favorite Spider-Man suit.
This book was great.they should bring back the noir imprint with a Jessica Jones by Ed Brubaker and Sean Phillips.
I do like that creative team, their latest book is absolutely killer.

Spiderman noir is still one of my favorite versions of him it was the first multiverse version of spiderman and easily fell in love with this version of Peter it's a shame they killed him off in that lackluster spider verse sequel

Wasn't expecting this! I've always thought Noir Spidey was awesome since I first saw him in Shattered Dimensions.
Noir Venom would hate Parker because he was the chosen avatar but he has the no kill rule. The spider god clearly just kills those it deems unjust, so Peter not being down for killing 100's to 1,000's of people would cause a bit of dissonance between them

Nice! I've been looking forward to _Spider-Man Noir_ (Luke Cage too)! I've only read three Noir titles: Wolverine, X-Men, and Punisher. Wolverine was extremely well done and I strongly recommend it, Punisher was disappointing and I can't recommend it, X-Men was so bad I couldn't even finish it. Ghost Rider Noir sounds like it would be a lot of fun!
