How To Deal with Anxiety Over Watching the News

  • The news can be overwhelming to many of us, but if you have anxiety or OCD it can all be too much. Being flooded with images and stories of doom and gloom can impact your level of anxiety or OCD.
    How do you handle it when you are bombarded with bad news on your phone, upsetting news on your computer and negative chatter on social media? Does the news stress you out? Do you feel anxious watching the news?
    Instead of putting yourself in a bubble, it’s helpful to learn some self preservation and learn how to stop news anxiety.
