- Melt and Pour Soap Making Rose Embed Design:
I wanted to try a melt and pour soap using rose and leaf embeds. In this soap making tutorial,
I am using Shea Butter melt and pour soap and clear melt and pour soap. I have found that for me,
a white base with color tends to show up better in the overall soap design.
Scent: Eucalyptus by Barnhouse Scents

Giiirrrllll I luv very them! Very pretty. Last year I made valentines soap's for my son to give out to his lady teachers and he was a hit cause he made make them for all his female friends! I did Lil melt n pour starkly hearts that were different colors and i did the clear melt n pour w the heart shaped molds.

I love this soap.. I saw this and had to try it.. and I guess the first time I missed the part about not adding fragrance to the clear part of the soap because my first attempt they were a little cloudy.. 2nd time they were perfect! Love your videos. Thank you so much

Wow Anna that's an awesome soap. Probably the best one I've seen yet. But then I said that last week on your video too. I really enjoyed watching this one I wasn't quite sure the clear on the back was going to make it up under the leaves and make it so dimensional it almost looks like you're looking into a Rose bush and not just seeing the leaves of that Rose but leaves that have such great dimension in them wow. Great job Anna. Makes me want to get out work on some of my soaps. I just need to get some molds I have a few small ones that I've made lots of small soaps for my family. I have a question I want to start making soap...do you use lye in your soap?
No this is melt and pour soap. You can buy pre-made bases to make your own soaps that have already gone through the saponification process and no longer contain any lye. These soaps are known as melt and pour soap
I tried this but my clear soap goes solid at a temp of 150. Is that still too hot for the top layer?

How do you keep bubbles from forming in the crevasses of the embed? I’ve done mine in the same way prior to watching the video but I get these bubbles in the eye sockets of my mini skull embeds. Could it be temp? Or maybe not enough alcohol or pouring speed? Thanks in advance!

Looking at the soaps with embeds, they have a 3 dimentional effect. Watching this prompts me to try an embed soap. I think I'm recovering now so I'll get my equipment out and make a soap today. Thank you. Anna do you have a mail I can send photos of my work to?

Hello, I am using 94%, There is no measurement as it evaporates once dry. Use enough to cover embeds and sprays on the layer before pouring next layer on top. 🌻
