Just a quick tip (from someone who's been working with Crafter's Choice MP soaps for 20+ years), cut your clear base in smaller chunks before melting it. This will eliminate the clumps, cut down stirring time and decrease the risk of overheating ;-)

I am relatively new at soap making and did some research and came up with the answer that perhaps it was too much alcohol but I noticed when you made this bar you sprayed liberally also. Yes, the entire soap is melt and pour. All parts of soap are scented except for clear part.

I always do because I tend to get spots in my mica powder if I do not.

Love your videos I am new to MP. What is the percentage on the alcohol? Right now I can only buy 70%. Thank you!
70% works fine. I find that for me, 90% or above helps layers adhere better. That being said, I have heard that many use 70% without any issues. 😊
