- This week we had a camping permit issue where we get thrown out of camp as we couldn't obtain a permit to camp. We arrived and managed to get a camp on the beach with great weather only to be told lo leave and we did the right thing and left and tried to get a permit for the next day.
We didn't let this get the better of us and we persevered to get a permit. Watch the episode to see how this went. We had a blast in this episode and we are loving Western Australia.

Hi Guys enjoying your adventures. Noticed you using a pair of tongs moving wood in the fire. I bought log grabber fire wood tongs and found them to be very safe to use no more burned fingers. Compact and only $17 great addition to the kit. Keep safe and enjoy yourself.

Thanks guys, fridge is all sorted. Phoned registered repairer and they had it done within a day and all under warranty, phew! A win!!!!

The fridge is iced up, the thermostat is on top of the freezer and will be covered in ice so the fridge thinks it is at temp and the compressor wont kick in. Just defrost it and it will work fine.

You guys should follow the blood group diet- as South Africans we ate so many potatoes with ever meal. I read this book and I stopped eating potatoes and I haven’t missed them at all, meat is a must and is highly beneficial for me but not lamb. It’s really good, your food always looks amazing.

It was an awesome camp. Glad we managed to get a permit and go back. Fridge is fixed now and had the whole pc board replaced under warranty 🙌🏻

It was a great find. We were so devo when we had to leave but we stayed positive and managed to get a permit to return and get the same spot. It was so good 😁

Oh wow congratulations that is super exciting news! The boat is great 👍 we haven't had any corrosion on the boat. For a 3.5 Meyer tinny it's pretty stable. Everyone is pretty impressed with it's handling in the chop!

Hard to find a better spot than that :) Not sure why you threw that fish back in though, a couple of fillets knocked off that would have made good bait. Didn't get a really good look at it but I think it was a seapike. Top rear fin looked to triangular to be a barracuda.

Hey Tony, yes it didn't make much sense given the camp ground was empty but is an interesting situation across the 4 camps as you can only stay in 1 of the 4!
We did think to stay but did the right thing and left. Happy that we got a permit and could still go back 😁
Going by the book doesn't mean just the front and back cover; they, the pubic servants type would be better served if THE BOOK was in comic book format.....they'd read that foresure....
I think the caravan parks have a lot to do with this little by law not the public servants

freedom is becoming less and less, so many camps require you to book now, we travel with no plans apart from a general direction
How true is this! It's so great tontravel without plans. WA has forced us into planning and you can't relax and extend or move on when you are bound by bookings!

Hey guys. Just a quick question, how restricted are you travelling with a dog. We are about to step off on our big adventure and don't know wether or not to get a dog for the trip.
Hey Scott, great to hear from you! We know so many people who travel with dogs you can always make a plan but it sometimes does require more planning or a higher expense. The national parks aren't dog friendly so you have to doday trips. We have missed a few experiences and most national parks in WA but wouldn't change it for the world!
