I have no problem with people wanting an electric vehicle but it shouldn’t be forced on everyone. Not everyone can afford it, nor do they have the ability to have the charging equipment they will need in their home. For someone like me, my home is much too old to handle that kind of power. We blow a fuse just by using two space heaters on a grid, or a toaster oven and a coffee pot together.

It can tow 3500lbs, so for the dirty jobs I can hook a trailer up to it. I had a 2000 S10 before that but it was about worn out. The doors leaked, AC was shot, suspension was starting to go again, just a bunch of little things. The only truck I could find for the same price as a Model Y was a tiny Maverick.

On a different note I love Maine. It's not only beautiful, but it has some of the nicest people I've ever encountered. I grew up in Connecticut, and have lived in Florida for the past 10 years, but I spent every summer there with my cousins from 7th-12th grade.
I've always appreciated Tucker, but seeing him interact with "normal" folks with who he has an established relationship with was so much fun! This video, for me, was much more about rural Maine than it was about the Cybertruck. What an excellent piece.

Our power grid is not up to the task yet. I live in the same house I grew up in. The transformer on the pole behind my house is the same one that was there when I was born in 57. It still has the marks from my BB gun on the side. It is poss. the original one when the home was built in 1949.

This is not a cybertruck review, this is like a mini rural maine documentary. These guys were so entertaining anf it was so cool watching Tucker interact with them.
Amazing truck ,so much to love , except the range is half of what it needs to be . For that much $$, it should be a hybrid with a 5.0 coyote(not gen 4), or dual fuel switch from full E to full gas
It’s more of a gimmick in my eyes because what kind of energy do they use to charge it? Does it really reduce the eco footprint because those mines I’ve seen sure leave one hell of a hole behind
His Dad was the exact same. Vanity Fair wrote a "hit piece" on him. It was so politically motivated I could see the layer of BS on top but the genuine story of his life, up bringing, and the way he was raised was BEAUTIFUL. Even the children he was raised with his whole life told wonderful stories about how his dad raised all the kids in California and let them run free and just be kids ❤
This kind of thing is what's unique about America. One side owns practically nothing, have never turned a wrench, and work entirely with their minds and computers. When they buy a dishwasher, they pay a company to deliver it. They make good money but spend almost all of it on rent, utilities, food, etc. The other side has more vehicles sitting in their lawn than most will own in a lifetime, they have callouses a quarter inch thick on their hands, and instead of car horns and sirens their ambiance is cicadas and distant gunshots. Many of them are below the poverty line but what they lack in money they make up for in self-reliance and mental fortitude. This is why we cannot have a few urban centers decide the fate of the entire country and dictate everyone's lives. It would be chaos and tyranny.
Some of my liberal, MSM-believing, friends detest him, but I do not understand how anyone couldn't like Tucker. Even with all of the fame, even after accumulating millions, he's real and he's genuine. Over the years, I've seen countless impromptu videos of him people have recorded during their personal interactions with him and I have yet to see him ever be rude, short, or disrespectful to anyone.

I think it might be simple because I literally have the same issue. Ask them what they think about God or what (your friends) importance to the world is. I find this to be the answer. I still love my friends dearly and pray for them. Not in the way that I'm better or smarter or even more spiritual. Just in the hope that they get to experience what the Grace and love of Christ is like. It's taken the blinders from my eyes and I can recognize genuine people/things in this world now. @@northsky5629I got a used Model Y a few months back. After tax credits, it was about $20k. It only had 40k miles on it. I’m going to run the hell out of it. It can tow 3500lbs, so for the dirty jobs I can hook a trailer up to it.
I had a 2000 S10 before that but it was about worn out. The doors leaked, AC was shot, suspension was starting to go again, just a bunch of little things. The only truck I could find for the same price as a Model Y was a tiny Maverick.

On a different note I love Maine. It's not only beautiful, but it has some of the nicest people I've ever encountered. I grew up in Connecticut, and have lived in Florida for the past 10 years,
but I spent every summer there with my cousins from 7th-12th grade.
I've always appreciated Tucker, but seeing him interact with "normal" folks with who he has an established relationship with was so much fun! This video, for me, was much more about rural Maine than it was about the Cybertruck. What an excellent piece.

I don’t know if this video is about a man named Patrick, Sherwood, or a Cybertruck. This is amazing.
This kind of thing is what's unique about America. One side owns practically nothing, have never turned a wrench, and work entirely with their minds and computers. When they buy a dishwasher, they pay a company to deliver it. They make good money but spend almost all of it on rent, utilities, food, etc.
The other side has more vehicles sitting in their lawn than most will own in a lifetime, they have callouses a quarter inch thick on their hands, and instead of car horns and sirens their ambiance is cicadas and distant gunshots. Many of them are below the poverty line but what they lack in money they make up for in self-reliance and mental fortitude.
This is why we cannot have a few urban centers decide the fate of the entire country and dictate everyone's lives. It would be chaos and tyranny.

Let’s normalize Tucker Carlson car reviews
These characters (aka rural Americans) are 100x more entertaining to be around than urban professionals, elitists and shallow city people who can only talk about worshipping politicians, the latest terrible alternative band and what kind of coffee they bought this morning.
I love the fact that Tucker drives a 1987 Chevy and now lives out in the wilderness of America.
Bit degrading a comment. There is an incredible diversity of ppl you see as common. The only thread among all of them is that they don’t care about trends and labels and prefer not to be near ppl who live to show you them. Our kids all have Stanleys absent the excellent mom who held out. We wish we could because we don’t miss the years we did live in major cities. Ppl here have left lol. It cracks me up when ppl see Maine as deliverance county. Southern/ Mid Maine is one of the most expensive places to live now. You would be surprise how many multi millionaires have simple looking properties. They’ll never tell you where it comes from but I think it’s about planning, saving and investing in life as a whole grown up.

Rural maybe. But the people as rural lol. Poor Tucker. Roughing it on his sprawling pastoral compound with its original buildings renovated perfectly 😂. As he prepares his fly in his Orvis gear and his wellies relax into the dirt Tucker mocks his “stupid” neighbors. No he likes that they can talk and have stories to tell and a sense of self tied to what’s cool-the land, the knowledge of self and neighbor as unique yet full of a quirks and back stories-to know thy neighbor. These are not poor people-they value their time and take care of everything they work on or build. This is what’s going extinct as the cities and their planners “encroach.”
These guys are often brilliant. Drs who gave it up after years of high ranking service in the navy-guy calmly saying he did time in prison-White collar crime is my guess. Love the calm delivery. There’s an acceptance or and a choice off places to live well by 50.

on the grounds. Raised a whole barn for his toys and picnic boat, perhaps had an old chapel he spotted in a nearby town. Perfect a country property is personal.
Some dork from Ma like me will laugh at the aesthetic of the season missing, his shirt, his way of speaking without being racy or crass. You don’t know that his house is pristine I bet. His wife probably knows that navy blue and gold bar cabinetry look west of Boston and is about to get her way. This is New England not a swamp in Alabama. It’s not suburban no. Because convention can be its own poverty. Always becomes old and the kids get restless. Thing about these lucky old landowners? They are home. The bank left! What is sophistication really? How many bars and restaurants can one life find exciting? The maturing of one’s soul is the ability to love or maybe appreciated various aspects and things he seems to enjoy. Without bothering anyone else. I’ve learned this despite losing my own wealth.
