Patrick Riecke speaks about burnout in the workplace. He is a published author and ethics professor at Indiana University. For more than a decade, he served as the director of Dignity and Chairperson for the Ethics Committee at Parkview Health. Patrick is a healthcare burnout survivor and expert. He brings awareness to the burnout epidemic for leaders and coworkers alike.
He’s been married to Kristen since the 1900s and they have four opinionated children. When he was five years old, he dreamed of being either a truck driver or a Catholic priest. Neither dream has come true yet.
