This is the progressive stuff I've been looking for. No oversaturated tones, no whammy bar slaps, no excessive tapping with harmonics. Pure musicianship, and clean tones.

Lovely composition ! Besides all the awesomeness of Josh, i really love his "beginning of 20th century french composer " flavor that sticks out sometimes.
A certain musicality that makes him stand out in my heart among those killer young guitarists. I love Jonathan Kreisberg for the same reason as well, but Josh is really already out of the solar system. And such humbleness and kindness ... really moving guy.

An absolutely great mix of speed and technicality with clear melodic ideas. People mention Holdsworth often, but the player I needed to mention when I heard this song was Pat Martino.
