I've fallen into the habit of wearing over sized clothes to hide myself and be cozy but I realized I look hella marshmallow like in them. I gotta let go of my flannels wwwhhhaaa

Just a warning, please check with a doctor before going to a sauna! There are a bunch of common health conditions that can make it dangerous to be in high heat for long amounts of time. If it’s your first time, Try to go with a buddy just in case you get dizzy or pass out. I have passed out before in the high heat, and it can be very scary, so be safe everyone! 💖💕
But... I am 16, poor and depressed. I love buying clothes and walking around in stores, but I can never buy anything because I dont have money. Also I have been trying to workout (right now Im not eating any candy so thats a big step for me) but my depression always gets in the way..
Avihchan go running. Five days a week. I feel like I was in the same place as you (except I'm 15) and the running made me feel so much more energetic. I lost like 3 kg (no idea how many pounds that is) and I even started to eat more than before and I'm still losing weight. I know it's hard but once you get used to it its really great.

When using the sweat band your basically burning your water weight by sweating a lot more. Once you re hydrate yourself by drinking water you will gain that weight up..

Anything with apple cider vinegar should be drank using a straw to protect your teeth x
When I drink something with apple cider vinegar I don’t drink with a straw because I take little sips with straws. But, it’s different for everyone.

thanks for the tips. and I have always heard that black makes you look slimmer but when you compare the two in the video, they are two different style shirts and the light shirt was flowy. so that was the only bad example but I will try the sauna and maybe the cinnamon and lemon hack. thanks again.

I agree, she is definitely not a "plus size." I've been battling with my weight since menopause and as women age, much more difficult to lose weight. I'm 61 and these past few years going from size 10-12 (M) to 18-20 (l/xl) it's very, frustrating and just don't feel good about myself. I wish, I looked like her, she's "Perfect!"

When you did the "black is slimming" hack you compared a loose-fitting cream top to a fitted black top. Of course the black top slims! It's fitted! It wasn't an equal comparison because it had nothing to do with the color. Couldn't you have made the point better if you compared a loose cream top to a loose black top? Or a fitted cream top to a fitted black top?

Sweatbands don't work.
My mother is a personal trainer, she always tells me about these woman that come into the gym with sweatbands to loose weight faster and she has to explain them how you are not loosing weight but loosing water/sweating.
You see yourself skinnier and weight less, but it's just the water have you lost.
Fat doesn't come out of the pores.

anissa gonzales I honestly don't know. I rarely wear mine just because sometimes I feel overheated in spin class. I only do spin and yoga. I do not wear it in yoga classes

When you wear spanx even with the seamless one you can still see the lines especially if you go out during the day or you are wearing a very light bodycon dress ladies! Make sure to check yourself outside before you walk out ladies because thats just embarrassing af 😂
