Interhuman Films & TV I think you nailed all points of flame on the head. I would also like to add that you could just check the website or series if you wanted to learn more.
He spends a lot of time talking about stuff we all ALREADY KNOW ABOUT. How about getting to the nitty gritty of solving our problem, eh?
😃😃
This copyright issue on FB is crap. I posted one of me, singing my own written song with my guitar and a message back that i need permission from the owner. I replied back to them wanting to know how do i get permission from myself with my own song? Facebook SUCKS. They have not even answered that one.....
Yeah I agree! the copyright system in fb is so weird. I used a no copyright song in facebook live via youtube, and there is this ads going for like 15 second, and suddenly I got copystriked! I can't published it on fb! It's not fair!
Im a licensed Online Radio Station, I pay royalties and have a BMI, ASCAP, SESAC license and still FB is blockin
This is so true. I don't know why FB do this. Especially right now I'm posting a project video on FB that has music and clips of video from yt but I already asked the orig owner
for their permission and FB blocked my video for it. Why? It's so irritating me right now because it's the due date today of passing our project 😣
Similar thing happened to me ...Facebook really sucks !
Do you get sued for it right away? I posted a video of me singing from the WeSing app and was stricken by Copyright infringement by UMG. I submitted a dispute and wrote them that it was from WeSing. But then,I still took the video down anyway. Deleted my post completely. Am I still gonne be in trouble by any chance? Sorry. I really have no idea bout this Copyright thingy.
Please advise...my own song got copyrighted on Facebook so what can I do to prove it my song and not get muted
do i need permission to premiere someone's youtube video on my fb page?
So if you say I do not own the copyrights to this song underneath the post on Facebook does that mean it's still going to play the music
Even when you complain to FB they tell you," how do we know it's your copyright"? Even after giving them everything they ask.
This video was as helpful as staring at the wall...at night...while blidfolded....but youre blind.
is it authorised to use facebook as part of my film action?/....clarify please..
This just started for me one month ago anything I try to post on Facebook it says copyright infringement no matter what I try to put on? Even for my own channel my own videos?
This video really didnt do much for me either ! but i must ask . My thoughts on copyright are if you are making a profit on it. As long as im not making money off of it shouldnt it be ok ?
Jeremys Google exactly I went live on Instagram and Fb and they stopped my video. All I was doing was talking with friends and enjoying music smh
How does millions people able to upload lip-sync videos to songs such as "In my Feelings (Drake song) videos", "Git Up videos", and others like them but when I try to upload copyrighted music for free-use only, they always get muted or flagged?
you type in a disclaimer. If you're going on Facebook live if you type in a disclaimer they won't block out the music
how to fixed it plzz tell. me
What you share is great and accurate, but it's completely mis-named because you do not ever answer the question you say the video is about. This video is about common copyright frustrations and issues with Facebook posts and shares; at no point do you EVER explain "how to avoid copyright infringement on Facebook"...nor do you answer either of the two "common questions" you introduce the video with and claim the video was made to respond to (and which the description says it will answer). You sort of kind-of imply (with that SNL example) that you'd be OK if you share something that the actual rights owner posted to be shared, but you stop short of even saying that, and you don't explain how to protect your own content...at all, ever. Very frustrating. The topic is a great one and I was excited to hear from "experts" at CCC with answers to these all-too-common questions, but instead I got ad-free clickbait that was a complete waste of time to watch.
As long as you there's no share button seeing in video (ex. Music covers) you're safe
answer the question
Just use the converter it's may work
I post a video with pictures and the song mama hands by quren for my daughter birthday and it was taken down smh. Of these celebrities really care about their fans, they would do something about it. What's the point of us liking and supporting your music if we can't express it and show it to the world to hear specifically the persons who will hear it for the first time, which out of curiosity will give you more rankings.
I am so upset. I hate this so bad, can someone please tag queen in this I really need these artist to know what's up.
I understand the importance of copyright but I think it should be only applied yo video trying to make a profit off of it. Not loyal fans who are trying go share memory with beautiful back ground music smh
It's not the artist themselves. It's their music label. And the solution is pretty simple, just put the credits on the description before you post it. And It's not just for the profit, it's the law.
I have a question. Do you get sued for it right away? I posted a video of me singing from the WeSing app on Facebook and was stricken by Copyright infringement by UMG. I submitted a dispute and wrote them that it was from WeSing. But then,I still took the video down anyway. Deleted my post completely. Am I still gonne be in trouble by any chance? Should I worry? Sorry. I really have no idea bout this Copyright thingy. I hope someone answers my question and don't make fun of me. Hahaha.
I messed-up! I just started going on Facebook not fully knowing the rules and I shared with just my family a video I did in ASL. It was just a practice video usually when I'm done I'll upload to CZcams. I always give credit when credit is due. I was sweating I thought I was going to get three to five.
What all was in your video?
@@user-cg7jp7jt4v my first language is American Sign Language I did Unchained Melody in American Sign Language. That is all I did.
my Account is Disabled after 3 copyright Infringement , And facebook mail me that you no longer to use Facebook, When i create new account facebook Disabled my New account also . Solution Plz
Why is there an automatic 'owned by anyone' when a copyright is not inserted ? Does it matter that say a pic of my car was public or friends only, really ? The law seems to think we own each other unless a copyright is held, in social media circles. CZcams and facebook are awful for this. banning copyrights that dont actually exist and can't be argued, blocking peoples accounts and so on. The whole thing is messy... youtube allows incorrect copyright claims and they can't be fought either unless its by the actual copyright holder.
many times my fb acount is blocked, I was remembered that I posted my vdeo in tiktok to fb groups?
I posted a video of a song I made completely from scratch and they muted it.
:(
I don't understand I used a downloaded app that provides free videos and music from an app so why is that an infringement? It was free and useable.
Cool video but my question still isn't answered.
Alright, flames don't get people anywhere. So... *ahem* guys, give it a rest. He's just trying to help, even though it's not informational enough for you... you could just check out the website, right?
I run an animal page on Facebook and I just got my second strike for sharing fucking cat videos that were apparently copyrighted. How do I avoid that?
BY leaving the worst strict military website known as Facebook
not helpful - could hardly hear it - even tho I had volume all the way up
my volume wasn't completely up, I understood everything and it was clear.
Stop lying @@LagartoJuega
You kinda look like Ted Mosby.
aeterna789 you mean a young Ted Bundy

The answer to this video is So Easy.....
Delete Your FB account.
They sell you every day and you don't get shit.
We tend to avoid doing business with anyone who engages FB.
I don't give a damn, My Brand is not for their enrichment.
Facebook are striking my won Stream Videos after I end my stream. Now I am the original owner Who get Strike for Copyright Issue. How Can I even Get Strike if I haven't done any Copyright. Is facebook have a brain Issue or Something ? And how can I solve it. I give a report and They didn't replied.
short and safe answer, just dont upload nothing if is not 100% your creation, like video-cats, poeple falling from bikes, videos about how sleep well, unboxing of natural stuff like vegetables, fruits, etc
What if I'm uploading a video that I own the 100% of the music and artwork and still get striked? Checkmate :/
Yada yada yada,
This is the first video I’ve seen with more dislikes than likes. An appropriate review btw
ok video but not helpful
To those who are like, "This didn't answer my question:" The answer is clear, you probably just don't want it it be.
To those who are like, "This isn't the answer I'm looking for:" Answers are not supposed to be what you want. If you don't like the truth, TOUGH.
To answer the question in another way, you have to ask the copyright holders, artists, or any main important person (it's your job to find out who the particular people are) for explicit permission of what you are doing with their content. If they say no, that means "no." You can even file a dispute to unblock it if you feel you have a good reason to publish it. However, the people who are "getting away with" copyrighted material are only doing it at their own risks.
lmao loser
guess you need a brand new microphone
Your video was..." Sorry I was checking fb." Then you said to us that you can't use content you don't own the copyrights on fb. Ok. Eeend???....where is the "how to" you have on the title bro?. At least you could have say that you can ask permission from the owner and give instructions about that. Nope. You fail but you got the click. So....good job dude. Now check your FB again. Funny guy you are...ha....ha....ha...o God.
No thanks.
you did not answer the question.
WACK!!!!!!!!!
Worthless waste of time
It's useless videos like this that make people not "be kind in the comments"
I learned nothing.
what @drama queen said. and what im really annoyed with is that u cant even have music on in the background or Dj live cuz sony claim this and that and delete the video....!!!
No use to watch waste of time
