Maybe we should stop calling each other names and argue with facts.
You are correct...Somali people are found in Somalia, Kenya, Djibouti and Ethiopia. But why is that?
The Ogaden region has always been part of Somalia until 1891. The Brits gave the Ogaden region to Ethiopia and they gave Jubaland to Kenya. The French made Djibouti independent and that's why Ogaden is part of Ethiopia.
The name itself Ogaden is the Somali tribe they belong to. That's a Somali, Darod sub clan. Ethiopians can't kill the dream of reuniting Great Somalia.
And to reply on this video. Pwenet (Land of Punt, Land of Gods) was not the Ogaden region but in Norther Somalia along the coastline.

Somalis have nothing in common with ethiopians (oromos, boran, amhara, tigrey). we Somalis are united by biological, historical and linguistic heritage, unlike the aritificial glue that holds together ethiopians. we are the ancient civilization of punt, the capital of ancient egypt. Somalis are neither arabs nor africans, and the Somali peninsula is composed of Djibouti, Socotra, South of punt, north of punt, south-west punt and Ogadenia. ethiopians originated from yemen = carab-xabash

Ethiopia is an artificial nation glued together by the colonial powers, and they are not an integral part of this land, their base and roots is tied to yemen (we call them carab-xabash). On the other hand, Somalis in the Punt of Horn of Somalia are tied together by same blood, culture, history, linguistics, and above all one religion. Somalis are neither arabs nor blacks. This is a Somali song sung by Betow Worku he's from Harar and sang in Oromo and Harari languages as well. This was a performance in Addis Ababa and there are more videos from this event here on CZcams. You can also literally hear them say "Ethiopia" at 3:47. When Ethiopians think of Somali song this is the first that comes to mind.

The somali language is hamitic language from ancient-egyptians but not semitic !
If you believe that the semitics gave you the somali beauty , you have to recognize that you suffer from identitical collapse ! The somalis were from the Land of Pount and they are elders than arabs ! So stop your confusion and read back the history , thanks !

actually the land of punt is horn of africa: "The distinctive character of the Ist Dynasty, which separates it from all that went before, is the conquest and the union of the whole land of Egypt. It became thus subject to the falcon-bearing tribe of Horus, which was the natural enemy of the Aumu, the Set-bearing tribe. This falcon tribe had certainly originated in Elam, as indicated by the hero and lions on the Araq Knife handle. They went down the Persian Gulf and settled in the 'Horn of Africa'. There they named the 'Land of Punt', sacred to later Egyptians as the source of the race…Those who went up the Red Sea formed the dynastic invaders of Egypt, entering by the Qoceir-Koptos road. Others went on to Syria and founded Tyre, Sidon and Aradus named after their home islands in the Persian Gulf."

HORUS is the greek word for "HoRe" which means Ancestor,Leader ,the first in Egyptian language and in Somali ! The sacred homeland of the Hore people Horus tribe is in Punt , not in Irak .But i can say even that Irak Elam was also a land of Cushitic People , Nemrod son of Cush ruled that region . The sacred homeland of the pharaohs and Africans was the Nile Valley and the Land of Punt in the horn of Africa ! We are not from Babylonia, some of us ,but not all ! There years of archeological proof supporting this just look on CZcams alone. Similarities im sure but it's pretty much identical to the Eritrean culture and language. So many artifacts such as a spinx and so on have been showcased in the Asmara museum. Somalia has roots in Eritrea also.
