  • Seeing that warning from your Samsung device can definitely be worrisome! But don't fret, I'm here to help you navigate this situation:
First and foremost, follow the warning and unplug your charger immediately. This safety measure is in place to protect your device from potential damage caused by moisture in the charging port.
Follow the steps outlined in the video and hopefully your phone will be fixed.
For the last step, try few times if it doesn't work the first time #samsung#android#smartphone#usb#troubleshooting#water damage#repair#galaxy#charging issues#tech help#galaxy s24 ultra

it wont work with drying the port because its due to a firmware update, my sons phone was perfectly fine, started updating and this annoying error message started immediately after update and has now been like it nearly a week!, unbelievably annoying and other users everywhere are reporting the same thing, even ppl who have bought the latest samsung available less than 4 weeks old, obvious update issue, and has me thinking, the usually reliable samsung has now gone the way of iphone and are messing with ppls fones to make them have to spend money on repairs etc.. disgraceful and will certainly send a lot of users back to iphone or elesewhere..

@hydrokinetic I just constantly swap out chargers until I can take it to a service centre, warranty runs out November but I have health issues that stop me getting there sooner.
It's an absolute nightmare but my neighbour has an iPhone, n its started happening with hers too!.. so it's definitely more to do with the guts of the fone, and whatever updates are making it happen, it may he different systems but at their root fones all work the same far as I'm concerned.
What seems to have bn working for me the past few days is plugging in the charger when the fones off and then quickly powering it on , I have to do it a few times, and constantly swapping leads and chargers, the one that's worked most is an old USB plug (not fast charging), and a cheapy lead from b and m.
Hope this helps, il update if I figure a more reliable way.
